Nice but could’ve been a bit better.
Pros:

Nice location, on one side you have the station and on the other side the shopping centre. Everything was pretty much on walking distance.

Beds were really comfortable!

Hotel has a good vibe.

Staff upon arrival was friendly and explained some things of the city on the map what was pretty nice and personal!

Cons:

There was no good ventilation in the bathroom so we kept having a weird smell like a sewage kind of, there was also no heating in the room only a airco which had no heating setting so the room was pretty cold. When I went to reception there was someone who said they cannot do anything about the temperature or the smell.
Bath towels were dirty with stains upon arrival so had to wait for housekeeping the next morning to give us clean towels.

The tv had no internet connection so we could not enjoy the tv, when asked about it the only response I got was “we broke it”.

Pillows are soo flat unfortunately since the bed was so comfortable this was def a minus point for that.

House keeping was pretty bad at cleaning especially the bathroom, after they had been to clean I could clearly still see hairs on the Floor and in the shower and overall I still saw dirty things on the Floor.

Foto’s van suite komen niet overeen, gedateerde hotel, alleen locatie is goed.
Pros:

Locatie is goed, maar daar blijft het bij.

Cons:

- junior suite niet zoals op de foto’s, zwaar gedateerd.
- stank in de kamer/badkamer (rioolgeur)
- hele ervaring om te betalen was een drama, mail zonder link, verkeerde openstaande bedrag bij het inchecken etc.
- upgrade willen verkopen terwijl die inclusief is (sauna)
- ontbijt matig
- niet het geld waard
- zwembadwater is koud.
- tv’s geen smarttv


Overall: geen aanrader, te duur qua prijs/kwaliteit.

Das Zimmer und das normale Bett

Cons:

Das zusätzliche „Bett“ in der Junior suit , man hat jede Feder gespürt und es war unfassbar unbequem .

Der Pool war super kalt - mir wurde am ersten Tag gesagt er erwärmt sich gerade noch jedoch war er am zweiten Tag genauso kalt.

Cons:

Ich war schon öfter hier, aber zum ersten Mal in der kalten Jahreszeit. Mir war eiskalt, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Zum Glück reagierte das Personal schnell und brachte mir eine mobile Heizung.

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Eigentlich ein nettes Hotel mit super Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider ist das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht abgeflossen, welches auch die Geruchsbelästigung verursachte.
Im Nachbarnzimmer floss in der Dusche das Wasser gar nicht ab, so daß das Wasser im ganzen Bad stand.

Leider haben auch die 8 Mails in 4 Tagen zum Upgrade etwas gestört.
