Pros:

Die Lage dort ist richtig gut, alles war in der Nähe. Zimmer war schön. Personal sehr nett. Tiefgarage top.

Cons:

Die Duschwanne ging mal gar nicht. Sehr hoch, nix für kleine Menschen. Wir mussten schon fast rein/raus klettern.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Gut organisiertes Hotel, problemloses Check-In. Schöne Zimmer, intelligentes Fahrstuhlmanagement mittels Zimmerkarte.

Cons:

Infos zum SPA Bereich etwas spärlich, kein Bademantel etc. auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück preislich ok. Als Bacon Liebhaber muss ich leider tadeln…ungeniessbar. Sonst alles ok.

Staff are really friendly, room was very spacious and comfortable - the pool is chilly and required walking up several floors from the sauna so not quite ideal for little kids fyi but the location and everything else made it worth it!

Dissapointing stay. could have been good but really poor organisation and management.
Pros:

The aircon in the room did not work the first night we reported it to reception. We were advised it was fixed it was not roasting for the second night. then advised by reception we should have been moved. Also we booked and paid for a late checkout 3pm.
We got back to our room at 12.55 to find we were locked out. eventually we got into the room. then the cleaning people came and asked us to checkout. Really annoying.

Cons:

Having to pay extra for the pool. which was restricted from 5pm to 9pm use. No life guard anyway so restricted acess makes no sense.

Hotel is prachtig, personeel vriendelijk maar schoonmaak kamer helaas slecht
Pros:

Prachtig hotel. Groot divers ontbijtbuffet en ligging was prima. Je kan onder het hotel parkeren voor €30 per dag

Cons:

Schoonmaak van de kamer liet echt te wensen over. Kopjes en glazen werden niet vervangen. Lakens van het bed werden niet vervangen als er zichtbaar vuil op zit. Koffie en thee werden niet aangevuld.
