Great hotel in great location. Parking is elsewhere.
Pros:

Great room and complimentary upgrade after requesting.

Cons:

Only that parking was not included.
It was a separate lot about 5-7min walk away but cheap €10 a day.
Hotel parking was much more expensive.

الموقع والحجم

Cons:

التكييف لا يعمل و بعد أن تم الاتصال بالرسبشن أفادوا بأن هناك مشكله عامه في بعض الغرف بسبب التكييف وفي حال الرغبة باستبدال الغرفة علينا النزول إلى الرسبشن لاخبارهم باستبدال الغرفة بسبب موضوع التكييف ، إلا أنه وخلال 5 دقائق من إنهاء المكالمه تم تشغيل التكييف ، الأمر الذي يوحي بأن هناك تلاعب في التكييف من قبل إدارة الفندق أو أنه مغلق من قبل أدارة الفندق ولا يتم فتحه إلا بعد تقديم شكوى في ذلك اواذ كان الكلام مغلوط نتمنى توضيح الحقائق بشأن ذلك ، علما بأنني أسكن هذا الفندق تقريبا 3 أو 4 مرات .

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit den Kinder

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Es wurden alle vorab geäußerten Wünsche erfüllt.

Cons:

Es waren zwei TV im Zimmer mit zwei Fernbedienungen. Leider haben beide Fernbedienungen beide TV gesteuert, so dass nicht getrennt geschaut werden konnte. Es ist theoretisch Sky verfügbar, nur hat es bei uns nicht funktioniert.

It’s in the hart of little Tokyo. Couple og minutes from hauptbahnhof. Nice breakfast area. Value for price

Parking under the hotel expensive. The roomcard was not functioning well. Our reservation was not found at first, the lady at the front desk was unfriendly.

I liked the location

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean; there was too much limescale. The TV was not secured to the wall, and the lift system was very bad. I had an older nephew staying with us in the same hotel, but I could not get to his room because the lift would not allow it. I think that I should be able to travel between floors if I am a customer of the hotel. In short, there is no reason for me to go to an Ibis hotel for the same experience, or for the same cost, I could go to Van der Valk hotel.
