Pros:

Location was perfect, staff was very friendly, (but very busy)

Cons:

We had difficulty with the coffee maker, but the desk staff were just too busy to help. It was leaking water all over, it was not operating error. Housekeeping could not help either
In order to get a coffee in the morning we were forced to buy breakfast, could not just buy a coffee, nor make it in the room

Dieses Mal entäuschend
Pros:

Man hat uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, es waren 26,7 Grad im Zimmer und stickig. Aber leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage auch im zweiten Zimmer nicht. Aber dort konnten wir wenigstens ein Fenster kippen.

siehe oben. Außerdem hatten wir dieses mal Pech mit unseren Zimmern, trotz gleicher Buchung wie die Male davor. Beide Zimmer, das erste und das Ersatzzimmer waren sehr klein, und die Badewanne war für Kinder, was die Grüße anbelangt. Trotz Deluxe Kategorie. Schade.

Brilliant location for a weekend city break, really friendly and helpful staff, and spotless room.
Pros:

Ideal location at midpoint between main station and the Altstadt. Also plenty of restaurants on the save street and surrounding streets.

Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Centrum aan te lopen. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. De service was goed en is zeker aan te raden. de kamers zijn mooi en netjes. De lobby ziet er ook erg mooi uit.

Cons:

De service was goed, maar helaas zijn ze één afspraak niet na gekomen. De eerste avond had ik een kamer op de 5de verdieping, maar de airco deed het niet. Naar de receptie gelopen en kreeg een andere kamer. Echter was de kamer zonder twee eenpersoonsbedden en de dag erna kwam mijn maat. Ik die nacht daar geslapen en de ochtend er na een andere kamer gevraagt met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Die hadden ze wel, maar ook op die kamer werkte de airco niet. Toen gaven ze aan ook een extra bed te kunnen plaatsen in de kamer waar ik net had geslapen. Dat was ook goed zei ik. Echter gedurende de hele dag is er geen bed geplaatst en in de avond ook niet.
