Don’t stay in summer.

Cons:

The air conditions were not working. Even though I told the staffs about it they didn’t fix it nor changed the room.
Window is not possible to open. It’s too hot to be in the room and absolutely impossible to sleep.

Ein schönes Hotel, mit leichten Makeln.
Pros:

Das Hotel wirkt von außen und auch innen wirklich sehr gehoben und hat eine tolle Lage ! Das Bett war Mega bequem und auch im allgemeinen war das Zimmer schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Bei uns im Zimmer kam aus dem Duschkopf nur sehr leicht Wasser, da war irgendwas nicht in Ordnung, aber für nur eine Nacht in Ordnung. Man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen, das wäre für mich für längere Aufenthalte nicht angenehm. Im Bad waren leider noch lange Haare auf der Toilette und am Waschbecken Tisch, das finde ich schon ziemlich eklig.
Der Check in war leider sehr anstrengend gefühlt kamen alle um 15 Uhr und es gab eine komplette Überlastung es hat mir wirklich zu lange gedauert.

The manager was rude and arrogant
Cons:

The manager was very rude, we booked more than rooms and were told we aren’t allow to people into our rooms and they even threatened to call the police on us and kick us out without refund , so many times , they kept deactivating our keys plus 4 of the rooms AC were not working and after complaining, they offered ventilator which never came
