Good service, clean room

Parking was safe, as it was in an enclosed garage.

Easy access via the U-Bahn right in front of the hotel

Breakfast spread is pretty impressive

A bit noisy outside the hotel until very late, although it was Oktoberfest

There was a confusing problem with the light switch in my room when I checked in, but it was fixed as soon as I brought it to their attention

The hotel was clean and quiet, with a subway station conveniently located right in front. The breakfast was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice friendly staff. Amazing breakfast! Very convenient to public transportation.

Everything was perfect except the air conditioner.

I asked one of receptionist about free parking around the area. She said she doesn’t know about that but she said if you do illegal park you could be fined €1000. I was surprised about that. I understand she wants to give me fear so that I take parking from hotel. I took it because I had no choice. I thought it will be a designated parking spot for me but it was not. I have to wait someone have to move. Every time I had to wait for parking because there is few parking for hotel rest of other users.
The breakfast was fantastic and location too.
AC not provided enough air flow and cold air.

The hotel is just steps away from the subway. The room is not very large. But it is clean. The price is reasonable. The included breakfast is a plus. Overall, it is a nice place to stay for a family trip.

This hotel is very close to a tram station. They offer great breakfast with a lot of options.

This hotel has great with good rooms for families and reasonable breakfast. Only problem was the amount of young people on school trips. Staff helpful. Great facilities on site for the price with excellent transportation links.

I got bed bug bites from the room.

Everything fine just recommend to have a fan in the room will be better especially during summer.

The room was very small, great bathroom.
very poor air conditioning, very hot, no chair in the room, only two beds, no kettle for making coffee or tea, no daily water bottle as all hotels all over the world offer water, no fridge, no ice machine on the floor.
This was an unpleasant experience, and I will not book at the hotel again

Quiet, nice and clean area. Good jogging area around, despite the lack of gym.

The hotel claims they have air conditioning however they do not. When we called to ask about the air conditioning in the room we were told it was very slow. We could not sleep because of the heat and had to leave a day early.

Great breakfast. Be aware that on site parking is available but costs €20 for 24 hours.

4 bunk beds for a family of 4 was unexpected. But novel and worked well. Great breakfast, and location right next to a U-station and somewhat walkable to the Olympic stadium and BWM Welt was very convenient.
