I can always count on you.
Pros:

Very kind and understanding of our reason to stay there because it is close to UW Medical where my husband was a patient. Also appreciate the discount in the cost because of that. You also address any problems that we found in our room, like toilet running or the bed frame squeaks. I also appreciate the wake-up call at a designated time in the morning for which we need to get ready in time to go to the hospital for check-in.

Not what were used to there
Pros:

I like the comfort usually but for some reason the room we got was dirty and the beds were not as comfortable as were used to .

Cons:

The room we stayed in did not have any basic free tv channels like none so if we wanted to watch anything we would have to pay which is ridiculous

We enjoyed it and have fun with our family, grand kids.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Desk staff was nice.

We don't travel that much, so room price seems a little high

Pros:

The location is right next to my daughter's house and the ground floor room with an outside.Door was really nice

Cons:

We couldn't get a housekeeper in for a week.And a day. Not once during our stay and we tried, and the price was a little high for the service. Plus I was accused of letting my dog pee in their lobby, and my dog was never anywhere near their lobby. And they practically called me a liar, until I made them look at the video.
