Very good stay
Pros:

Short stay but a good one!
Pros:

Despite how many people there were we were always checked in quickly and efficiently! We came to this hotel twice on our way to Canada and both times were great, I kind of wish we stayed longer because we didn't have enough time to use all of the amenities offered since both times we stayed we got there late. Regardless, I would love to stay here again! The staff were very sweet too!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the elevator. It was a bit creepy but I've also never been a huge fan of elevators so that's not on the hotel! It worked as it was supposed to, I guess it was just a bit small is all!

I loved all the activities outside and the fire pits. I loved the pool area The lifeguard was very friendly and great attention. Breakfast was tasty and I really liked the dining area. The staff was incredibly friendly. Wonderful customer service overall. Even the cleaning staff was friendly and talkative as we passed by. The staff and amenities made the entire stay worth a while.

Cons:

It was really disappointing that the waterside was only available from 5 to 9. For tonight stay to cost $400 and really the only reason I booked the room was for that waterside. It was really disappointing to not have more access. Also, there was no information provided about how tall children need to be to be able to ride the waterslide. That was incredibly important information. I wish I had known beforehand. We booked this room because it was Mya six-year-old‘s birthday because she wasn’t tall enough. She didn’t get to enjoy the waterside which was really big disappointment for her and me. If I had known, I would’ve booked somewhere else.
Our room was pretty disappointing right away when I walked into the bathroom it smelled a little bit. The bathtub looked dirty. Then when my daughter spilt a glass of water on the floor and I used a towel to dry it, the towel came up extremely brown. I went to the front desk and told them that I wasn’t complaining, and that I was having really nice time, but my room was dirty, and I told them about the floor. I had hung up the dirty towels in the closet and they told me that they would go into my room check the dirty spots that I had mentioned, take the towel towels and give us new towels. I left the hotel for the day and returned in the evening, defined the dirty towel still there no one had been to our room. There was no clean towels. And my room hadn’t been serviced at all.

Lastly, the blankets aren’t absolutely not enough. I definitely made sleep less restful.
