Friendly staff, good food, clean & comfy room.
Room 162 is awful, located right at the side door, other guests in & out all night, talking (probably inside voices but dammmnn) & slamming the door.
*The door slams itself, I checked.
I always play white noise anyway, but this pierced my loudest efforts.
The rest of the hotel is great, I stay here often & will do so again, but this was a bad night.
Easy to find
No elevator in the section we were in, room on the second floor. Had to carry 2 large suitcases, cooler and various other things up a split staircase.
The location is close to the highway easy to access
The water didn’t drain right away. It stays in the sink or tub and slowly drains
The hotel was full with displaced families from the wild fires.
The staff were exceptional! Kind, patient, helping find supplies for these families. They brought in lunch when their restaurant is not usually open during that time period.
The staff was so excellent and kind, all else could be over looked.
I was not a displaced family. I had a reservation passing through to California. But I will be a repeat customer. I will never forget the staff's kindness to these families with many small children. they staff should be rewarded and acknowledged!
The kindness of the Ramada staff to the displaced families. When many of these staff members were also impacted by the fires and lost hoes. They came together and provided excellent "service" help to these families.

Place is rundown
My grandson absolutely loved the slide into the pool. He spent all three days in it. The courtyard was very nice, with a fire pit to roast marshmallows.
The location to the airport restaurants and shopping is great. The pool and hot tub is very nice. The rooms are clean and modern nicely decorated the hotel. Staff is very nice.
My shower did not drain & filled very fast I could not wash my hair & the bathroom sink was the same way I did bring this to their attention.
Lifeguard shift was hit and miss so most of the stay the waterside wasn't available
We stay here because of the proximity to Spokane airport, which is literally across the street. You can walk (15 minutes). They have a shuttle, just tell front desk when you’re ready. I did have cell service this time, but the wifi is still pretty slow. The beds and pillows were comfy. The room was good enough. The breakfast offered scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes, waffles that you make, toast, bagels, tea, coffee, milk, juice, and the room was large. It has a pool with a slide and a nice outdoor area to relax. All in all a good place to stay. If you’re using the sirport.
