Just plain awful. Don't stay here.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and willing to help us get a refund when we decided not to stay.

Cons:

First, the location is awful. Any hotel that needs a security guard should be reconsidered. Second, there was some sort of kids sports convention and the place was rowdy. It was already 10:30 at night when we arrived. There were people drinking, smoking, and smoking pot outside the front door. The place reeked. Inside, there were children still in the pool... screaming. Kids laying around on the floor, dancing in the lobby and making a lot of noise. The staff could not control that amount of chaos. Thinking we'd have no other options, we decided to check out the room. We asked for a high floor away from the elevators. We got the top floor right next to the elevator. There were rowdy people hanging out on the floors and in the elevator. The first thing we noticed when entering the room was it reeked of stale cigarette smoke, like it hadn't been cleaned since the 1970s. The dirt on the carpet was brushed into the corners of the room. The headboard was on the same wall as the elevator and was making a lot of noise as the elevator went up and down. Thankfully, we found another hotel that was in any location but this one, got our refund, and high-tailed it out of there. The staff seemed to completely understand our decision to leave. We didn't get to our new hotel until midnight and we were exhausted. Not a nice way to spend vacation.

Nice hotel, poor customer service from front desk staff. Room not sufficient or what I booked.
Pros:

Location, pool, bar & grill.

Cons:

Front desk, so rude, in a bad mood & sarcastic response to every question or inquiry. No clean wash clothes/towels for two days. Wrong room assigned then told, nothing they could do. They refused to honor meal plan.

Pros:

I love this hotel! When my daughter and grandkids come to visit, we all stay here because I don't have the space at my house. The indoor pool is awesome for the grandkids. I love the comfortable beds and bedding. The hotel is clean and the staff is great!

It was ok but would not recommend or stay there again.
Pros:

The location was easy to find. It was clean and had plenty of parking.

Cons:

The prices for drinks at the bar were exorbitant! The breakfast was NOT worth the cost. (Most hotels offer this breakfast with the stay-not at as an added cost.) The air-conditioning did not work in the elevator and was not cooling in the bedroom.

My kids and I had a very great experience!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. It had the basics and each of my kids found something to eat which is a task in and of itself!

The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. That was our favorite part. The pool was nice and I loved how the exercise center was overlooking the pool and right beside it so I could workout and watch my kids while being two steps away from them.

I liked that the pool also had an outdoor sitting area so we could enjoy the outdoors while at the pool.
The birds were cool too and my kids loved seeing them!
The location was great as well- everything was very close by!
Overall great experience

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated and it wasn’t as upscale, but for the location and what we needed all the rest made it an overall great place to be and stay.
