I would avoid this location not very family friendly.
Pros:

not a lot of anything to report as far as positive review goes. The staff were polite and welcoming. The ac did work great the bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

When we pulled in parking lot there were people sitting around an outside fire pit not sure if they were homeless or patrons of the hotel. Then we were on the 18th floor and there was construction throughout the hotel. The environment was somewhat intimidating.

There is no breakfast unless you cook your own..location is fine,either driving or short walks to food or stores...

Cons:

Hotel is obviously under renovations, therefore somethings are going to be wrong,but if you are looking for a place to stay temporarily the price is good,rooms are clean..maids n staff are polite and very good people..

Pros:

I totally understand why it's 50 a night. You get what you pay for. A dump everywhere but the room was decent

So disgusting I couldn’t stay.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!
This place smelled so bad it made me gag, the lot is unsafe, and the building is literally falling apart. It was so bad I didn’t even stay there. I had to go someplace safer and of course I was out the total cost of the stay PLUS the ridiculous $50 “damage” deposit.

Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Was not told that the motel was under remodel. The floor in our bathroom turned our feet black if you were not wearing shoes because it had an oily film on it. There was no hair dryer. Their was no clock in our room. It was like we were an after thought their.
