It was in fact a hotel with breakfast that wasn't too pricy.
Pros:

Breakfast was great! The lady watching it was super sweet.

Cons:

The walls were super thin. I could hear the microwave in the room next to us. The door being shut, the beeping when food was done, when they used the bathroom sink to wash hands ect.

Parking lot noise was also very frequent and loud.

We paid a high price for the room but received low-end quality.
Pros:

the location is great.

Cons:

The room is old. We booked a king room, but it only had one nightstand, and it was broken. We asked to replace the broken stand and requested an additional one, but they only replaced the broken one. The lighting in the room was terrible. They provided four twin-sized pillows instead of king-sized ones, and one towel were ripped at the first night we stayed

Great place for the price.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were pleasant & friendly. The restaurant/ sports bar attached to hotel was great. Location to Notre Dame was perfect. Would stay here again.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful! Good location, convenient to Notre Dame. Jay 11 sports bar on site had great food at a good price.

Cons:

Room showed its age. Carpet in front of dresser had a wet spot which was there most of the weekend. Reported to front desk. Air conditioning unit was very loud.

Great experience, location and very friendly staff!
Pros:

Great location and had an excellent pub connected to them that was terrific. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room (2 queens) was spacious and comfortable. All amenities worked well and the property overall was well maintained

Cons:

It is a bit outdated and they need to perform some quality checks on the bathtubs/showers. Ours leaked (which they did address for me) and there was quite a bit of rust war and around the drain. Otherwise it was clean, They just need to replace and update tho bathrooms

Hotel definitely needs upgrades and as is, it is overpriced
Pros:

Room size was good. Having a restaurant on site was plus.

Cons:

Bathroom was extremely small. Toilet ran constantly, shower was incredibly old making it difficult to adjust temperature and shower head was so low my 6'2 husband had to duck to use it

Pros:

Easy to find. Very nice staff. Overall positive experience. Actually have reservations there next weekend too and we don’t feel like we need to scramble to find a new place!

Cons:

TV didn’t work. Bathroom seemed dated and worn/ ready for fresh grout. Shower head was too low.
