Satisfied first time stay

Well I like the front deck workers very pleasant, I like that the hotel very clean, round the outside area, I also like that that hotel had security walking the grounds,

Excellent staff, great value, beautiful outdoor space and breakfast too.
Pros:

Price, cleanliness,outdoor areas, breakfast options and cookies at check in were a nice touch too. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially the two ladies helping at breakfast time.

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable.

The cute little New Orleans vibe and was close to where we were playing ball.

My husband has a handicap sticker and we were in the courtyard area. Your security guard came to us the second night we paid for three nights. Wait for us in the Dark .My daughter played here in Metairie. For softball . He is on 4 stage rectal cancer and is on chemo .he came to us and told my husband that he was inconsiderate because he took up two parking spots There was no handicap spots for us to park in? He could've been a lot kinder with it. Me and my daughter felt very unsafe with his tone because when I let him know his diagnosis he said he should not give a blank!!!! my daughter was very hurt by this. She is 15 years old. We have one more night here I hope this does not happen again.

This was written the night it happened was it not addressed and we left a day early. I didn’t care if I was charged. I didn’t feel safe with my two young girls and sick husband

Good bang for the buck
Pros:

For what it is, it was solid. My wife and I stayed here for two nights on vacation. It is close to the Jewish community and about 15 minutes from downtown, so the location was right. The staff was universally friendly, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was solid. The place has a motel feel - the rooms open to the outside (not to the parking lot though - they are arranged around a big courtyard that includes seating areas and a pool) and the bathroom in the room is in the back, meaning that you sleep close to the door. All in all, we had a good stay.
