Horrific
Pros:

The pool was the only good thing about the property

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I was placed in the back that’s basically designed like a motel. The smell was terrible it smelled like mold was in the walls and carpet. A lot of loud noise and people in the court yard all night.

Pros:

Guest service was absolutely terrible. The lady working the front desk was extremely unfriendly and actually started a confrontation. By asking “Are you okay, because it seems like you have an attitude” which came out of nowhere. Also when I contacted Greg the manager he wasn’t very professional either.

If the room didn’t smell so bad I would have given it better reviews.

Best place whether you’re with a family or single
Pros:

Convenient to all shopping. Clean facilities. Pool area stayed nice and clean and the complimentary breakfast was the cherry on top.

De matras viel beetje tegen maar zag dat ze deze aan vernieuwen waren dus denk dat we pech hadden dat het bij ons nog niet gebeurd was

Splendido Hotel ma servizio clienti assolutamente non all'altezza!

Hotel davvero molto bello e di fascia medio alta. Prezzo competitivo per la qualità che offre. Stanza non grandissima ma super confortevole, bagno enorme. Parcheggio molto grande e gratuito. Posizione comoda per raggiungere in auto le attrazioni di New Orleans. Offre davvero molti servizi come piscina, palestra, lavanderia a gettoni. Ampia sala colazione. Siamo davvero rimasti molto soddisfatti dalla camera ma....

Cons:

Esperienza pessima con la ragazza del check in. Era più interessata a guardare la partita di football sull'ipad che a servire il cliente. Sembrava addirittura scocciata. Le ho fatto presente che avevo già pagato il soggiorno tramite il sito di booking ma ha detto che le serviva una cauzione. Invece di farmi pagare solo la cauzione mi ha addebitato una seconda volto il soggiorno nonostante glielo avessi fatto notare due volte. Sono riuscito a farmi rimborsare solo tramite la mia carta di credito, non ho mai ricevuto nessuna risposta ne via chat ne via email dall'hotel. Decisamente una brutta esperienza che fa calare il mio voto da 9 a 5, non sufficiente

Beautiful Stay Outside NOLA
Pros:

Great location! The staff was great! Everyone was so friendly. Beautiful courtyard and pool! Breakfast was included and delicious!

Cons:

The bed was a little hard for me but the Hubby liked it.
