Terrible service for assigning rooms and non opened gym
Pros:

Few desk employees were okay. Cleaning was regular and correct. Breakfast has fresh fruits, but remains basic for 17€.

Cons:

We had a terrible welcoming service when we arrived. With my colleague, we had made separated bookings at our proper name through booking.com for two separated rooms.
When we arrive the employee just asked for our IDs, and proceeded to put us in an "upgraded" room thinking we would share it. We made TWO separate bookings. When we told him and he realized his mishap, he replied "you should have told me". The bookings were made months in advance with separate names, so this is not coming from our side... In the end, he didn't apologize neither gave us a commercial move, we just were assigned one 'upgraded' room, bigger with a view in the patio and the other person got a room on the first floor with a terasse view on a wall (see the pictures).
This is a terrible service and we were very upset about this, in addition of being blamed for the mishap ??? (Again the bookings should have already the information when we arrived).

Another point: don't read or believe what's written on the flyers, on the entrance or the website, the gym is not open at 7am but at 9am (unique display in the elevator)

Accueil tardif et incorrect, non respect des horaires
Pros:

Le ménage est fait régulièrement et correctement.

Cons:

L'accueil dès notre arrivée, l'accueil s'est trompé dans l'attribution des chambres, malgré nos deux réservations séparées. Ils ont attribués une chambre upgradé en pensant que nous allions resté à deux dans cette chambre. Lorsque la méprise a été mise au clair, un invité s'est retrouvé dans la chambre upgradé vue sur le patio tandis que l'autre s'est retrouvé dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée vue sur un mur (photo à l'appui). Aucun geste commercial n'a été effectué lorsque nous avons expliqué nos cas et aucune excuse n'a été également amené par l'employé qui je cite nous a répondu ''vous aurez dû me dire que vous n'étiez pas dans la même chambre''. Je tiens à préciser que nous avions réservé ET PAYÉ à l'avance deux réservations à nos propres noms donc la méprise ne vient pas de nous.

PS: lorsque la salle de sport est décrite comme ouvrant de 7am à 9pm (affichage à l'accueil, sur les flyers, devant la porte de la salle et sur le site), il serait améliorable de l'avoir ouvert à ces horaires. Étant venu pour le travail, une salle de sport qui s'ouvrirait à 9am est trop tard (unique affichage dans l'ascenseur)

Pros:

Roof terrace. Quiet room and cold air conditioning. Black marble Flo in bathroom.

En general es hotel está muy bien.

Cons:

Compré una habitación con balcón y vistas a la ciudad y las vistas consistían en bloques de pisos pegados por los cuatro costados.

Pros:

The breakfast was ok. Nice coffee shops close by. The staff was really nice.

Cons:

The interior room was quite claustrophobic as it did not really have any window to speak of. Given the price it was somewhat disappointing.
