Nothing
Smelled like mold and had old food in refrigerator when we got there ended up refund room and going elsewhere
There was nothing to like about the property.
The experience was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Staff were consistently disrespectful, gave misleading or false information, and showed no effort to resolve serious issues. The property itself was in poor condition, with no functioning air conditioning in either the rooms or hallways, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Most concerning, a member of maintenance entered our room without knocking or permission while a minor child was inside alone, which is a serious breach of safety and basic protocol. Overall, this was not just poor service—it was a failure to meet even minimal standards of professionalism, safety, and guest care.
I checked in with my dog latter my sister dropped off her dog so I went to the desk and paid for the other dog. I told him that a pipe was leaking. The ac filter was clogged the sink stopper was broken a baby shoe was left in the room. I'm 68 and have stayed in my fair share of hotels. He never offered to move me or adjusted the bill. This was the worst experience I have had. Avoid this place like it has a plague.
The beds were terrible they have not been replaced in many years i could feel every coil poking me, i was exhausted so i slept but woke up with aches and pains all over. The hotel has been there for as long as I can remember and hasn't been updated since. There were cracks in the door jam where the different types of security locks have been changed out over the years, if someone was determined to get in and the lock didn't stop them the whole door jam would have crumbled but I wasnt scared because I know the town.
Everything
Friendly and clean
My neighbors were a little loud
Indoor pool
Restaurant/bar
Nice breakfast
Beds
Details were the problem. The light switch by the door didn't turn on the light. The power plugs on the night stand light didn't work. I went for breakfast and they had ran out of eggs and sausage, protein.....so they say.
Beds are comfortable.
Stayed there two days prior. Same guy on at night. Even put me in the same room and thought he knew exactly who I was as I received the same room when I had told them about my dog.
Got a call today that I was receiving a 100 pet charge for not disclosing my ADA service dog at the desk on the second stay. Shame on me for this, however the first booking they changed my upgraded room to a room they deemed more suitable because I had a dog.
Definitely wouldnt say this location is dog friendly. The room had water stains and tile hanging down from the ceiling. The door handle fell off on the outside which made it more challenging to get inside the room.
This is a Wyndham property and I can assure you that no matter what happens on their properties they seem to not care at all and referred me back to booking.com where I made the reservation to begin with.
The room was very spacious
I booked a room and when arriving the front desk decided to give me whatever room they wanted to instead of the one I booked. The front cover of the air unit was on the floor, the toilet would not flush, one of the outlets went out and would not work while there, basically we had to fix the toilet for it to be workable during our stay due to front desk staff being very rude about not giving me the correct room. The breakfast options where also terrible, my kids would not even eat the cereal.
Beds were comfortable and it was quiet
The ceiling at some time had water damage and the room was dilapidated. The door handle also fell off at one point.
Nothing about this place was positive.
The fact that this hotel hasn't been shut down by the health department and closed by Wyndham is beyond me. (I contacted both of them).
The people working there play dumb, lie and pretend to be oblivious regarding the state of the hotel. Clearly this is not the first time he's had this conversation with other people who he scammed. I was told since they have 75 rooms they can't keep them all up to standard. They refused to refund our money or let us take pictures. There was no manager on duty after being told there would be. They refused to return our phone calls. For our health and well-being we couldn't stay there. Booking.com was kind enough to request a refund from them, but they denied the request, telling us it wasn't their choice, which is the opposite of our communication with bookingdotcom.
There was mold, dilapidated rooms and nothing was matching the pictures online. The furniture looks like it was picked up from the side of the road. Everything was FILTHY! I wouldn't have been able to take a shower there, let alone use the jetted tub or pool. The bathroom ceiling was falling on my head as the door scraped across it. The ceiling tiles are held in place with wads of toilet paper. There are missing bath tiles, unfinished handiwork resulting in sharp edges and mold in the shower. It was just an absolutely disgusting building. I hope "Ron" at the front desk stubs his toe everyday he performs fraudulent sales practices.
Gross.
The price for the stay plus breakfast was great
The pool was usable during my stay
I have stayed here most of my life and I absolutely love it every time. The staff are so friendly and will return again
Staff was excellent and helpful and the breakfast was well made. The room was very comfortable.check in was very smooth and quick.
