Friendly staff, nice location
Sagging beds, bathroom fan inop, faucet is loose, room stunk
Nice and close to shopping and restaurants
Spider webs around mirror in the bathroom, hallway carpet filthy and smells, beds were not comfortable and made a lot of noise
We accidentally left our iPad in the room. We immediately messaged the hotel, but no one responded. We are extremely angry and disappointed with the hotel's service.
The room was large
There was an apparent homeless female drug addict in the mens bathroom in the lobby taking water then joined another who was tweeking out and rambling incoherently, outside to pick through the ashtray for cigarette butts. The Couch in our room smelled like B.O. Like an unwashed anus. It was awful. Stunk up that whole side of the room. Your head went right through the pillows and to the mattress on the bed.
The location was great and the front staff very good
The breakfast was not good and the sheets and pillow cases had small stains on them
Close to everything
It felt dated
The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful.
The toilet in our room did not flush correctly.
Breakfast was mediocre.
Location was excellent and staff was kind
Not very clean. One elevator was down and the other was scary as hell to go on. (Felt like at any moment it was going to break and you’d be stuck) no working ice machines. Our first room the ceiling was leaking all over the bed. They said they took care of it just to come back and have another flooded bed. Moved our room at 10 o clock at night which was a total pain. The shower in the new room as literal brown water coming out of the faucet. It was rough. Didn’t receive any comps which is absolutely wild after the terrible room contains.
Good breakfast, good location, pool is nice. Overall good.
Check in experience was bad initially. The front staff mentioned I didn’t have any reservations even after I showed my booking confirmation and conversation with the hotel. He seemed unwilling to let us stay in the hotel. Later on when I was calling to booking.com, he said he might get a room for me. That guy needs a lot of training.
??
Elk vertrek rook anders, low budget.
Hotel wasn't bad. Just need to be upgraded.
Need to keep side door locked and make guest use their key to enter after a certain hour.
Room was clean and comfortable with lots of space. Breakfast includes hot foods that are proteins.
The elevator was out of order, but that happens and they have 2, so wasn't a huge inconvenience.
The location for our purpose was good
The pool looks really bad the entire property needs some TLC both outside and inside
This motel is nice for the price. We had a comfortable stay here.
Everything was as expected.
