Overall great value for cost.
Pros:

Great location for the shopping stores and good restaurants. Hotel was quiet and I did not hear anyone in the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was basic but good and rooms seemed to have updated. the hotel was overall good value for the price

Cons:

Hotel room Bathroom was dated and could use a refresh.

The room was quiet, had a good view and the room was clean.

I was charged more than I originally reserved the room for and I didn't realize it until after I dropped the room key and left

We enjoy returning to the Ramada each time. Very competitive rates. Olive Garden restaurant, others.

Convenient hotel to stay in but if I go to Watertown again will look at staying somewhere else.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet, plenty of parking

Cons:

Breakfast was OK not the best, "housekeeping" tried to break into our room late at night (after 10.30pm), was definitely not housekeeping so that was rather worrisome. Needless to say, won't be staying there again due to the safety aspect.

Pros:

Avons été très décu de notre 1ere chambre, rideau défraichi, sommier brisé, micro-ondes qui fonctionne mal, insectes, mais on nous a donné une autre chambre qui était bien correcte.
Bon petit déjeuner.

Disappointed
Pros:

Stay the night due to early morning Surgery. First room the blow dryer didn't work. No vent fan in bathrooms. No microwave in rooms the person in the room next to us was very loud. And noisy had tv very loud as well. Floors were very cold. Room was not inviting at all. We asked for another room. And the other room bathroom no vent fan room no microwave and very little coffee in room. For my guest that was with me. The coffee in lobby was burt and then at 5:30 am the morning of coffee in lobby was from day before hot burt. Front desk gave my guest a cup of coffee. For the money this place makes things should be different. If your passing by stay. If your staying a couple of days go somewhere else. Unless thing's change
