The room was clean. Check in/ check out was quick. Customer service was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The pool an hot tub were not available. No breakfast buffet they have a bistro but dont offer room service. Didn't even attempt to shovel the side walks or parking lots.
Great location close to downtown! We were able to check in early and the room was very clean. Bed was comfy and shower was great! Shower had great water pressure and nice products provided.
Wish the pool and hottub would have been open!

Clean
The beds are really comfortable and showers were nice Housekeeping was awesome and did a wonderful job.
The biggest negative was the broken elevator for the last 2 1/2 days of our stay. For one who suffers from a lung issue it was pretty miserable. The best we got was a yea we were hoping the parts were going to come in. The Bistro was only open for a limited time in the morning for the week so you had to go out.
Most of staff unhelpful and grumpy.
First let me say that I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews on this property. I am a Travel Agent so I have been to many Marriotts. I was very pleased with this property. This is not a JW Marriott by any means, however, it was clean, great location and the staff is amazing! I would send my clients with no hesitation!
This was an absolute unexpected disappointment. Worst Courtyard I have ever encountered, and I have been a loyal Marriott customer for over 20 years. Do NOT stay here unless you want completely flat pillows, see-thru bath towels, and above all PAPER THIN WALLS. We heard the lady in next room on the phone and felt like we were part of the conversation. Every word was clearly heard, which means she could hear us as well. We asked for better pillows and they had none; woke up each morning with neck pain. We asked for extra towels and had to wait over an hour. The teeny tiny shower door did not sit properly so water was all over the floor. We stayed outside of the downtown area of Annapolis to save a little money, but at $245 a night this place was NOT worth it at all. I am just utterly shocked they call this place a Bonvoy. Hahahaha, nope, it is defintely not up to those standards.
like the food/beverage bar in the lobby, the common area setup is really nice

Good solid hotel, staff was great and helpful. We were very happy with the room cleanliness, comfort of the bed, reasonably quiet (AC didn't keep us up at night). Good Uber service in Annapolis, eateries in the vicinity of the hotel and only about 5 minutes or so from the downtown historic part of Annapolis. If I had to pick a few negatives, it would be that housekeeping didn't make the bed when we returned, only spread the blankets out over it (strange), there was no safe in the room, or any rooms because I asked, and had to put some valuables in the car when we went out. And the hot tub jets were broken at the pool. Not dealbreakers, but surprising somewhat for a Marriott. Lastly, the reservation desk on the phone does not communicate well with the actual hotel, and in my case, there was a mix up but got straightened out quickly because Kim at the front desk was excellent. Price was good for an Annapolis hotel, I felt it was a good value.
Courteous and professional staff
Let's start with the good - the staff were helpful and friendly. Now the bad - the hotel is run down. The elevator had mismatched walls with big gashes in it. The room itself always felt dank and smelled musty, which made it feel like nothing was clean. One washcloth had 4 brown dots on a corner that I assumed was a stain, but when I wet it, they faded out. We changed hotels after a couple of days.
