I did not like having to pay additional fee for parking. Ten dollars is not a lot of money, however I don’t understand why guests have to incur another charge.
Bed was very comfortable
Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary but had to pay for that plus $10. Daily parking
Location was great. The neighboorhood is safe and close to the Historic Center without the buzz of the turism.
Upon our arrival, the room appeared clean, but it was extremely humid, and it was obvious that the air conditioning was not functioning properly.
We also discovered that the sofa bed was broken, and the extra pillow provided for the sofa bed bedding was covered in mold. It had been stored inside a cabinet drawer. I have photos documenting the condition.
I immediately went to the front desk to report these issues and requested a room change. Unfortunately, Kim's response was dismissive and uninterested. She simply stated that she could not move us because the hotel was sold out. When I asked if the hotel would be fully booked for our entire stay, she replied, "Yes."
I then explained that, given the conditions, I wanted to check out the following day. Her response was, "Fine, but we will not refund your money because you booked through a third party (Booking.com)."
As a result, we felt we had no choice but to stay, as we could not afford to lose nearly $1,000. To make the room more tolerable, we purchased Lysol and cooling fans ourselves.
I will say that other staff members we encountered during our stay were much friendlier and more helpful. However, the condition of the room and the way our concerns were handled left us very disappointed.

No me gustó mucho el cuarto que me dieron, es para discapacitados, sentí las camas algo pequeñas y tengo un hijo pequeño, en varias ocasiones intentamos ir a la piscina y la puerta estaba cerrada incluso dentro del horario establecido como abierto
