Customer service was amazing, its a great easy location and the amenities were also well rounded with decent sized rooms

Can’t beat the location to explore this great city . Small room but hey -you are there to explore the city . Loved Lennon’s and pool area / bar -had very cool vibe.

We only stayed two nights, but rate this hotel very highly. Modern and luxurious with all the facilities you might need. Very well placed for exploring Brisbane, although the entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find at first. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful place to stay. We enjoy staying at the Hyatt whenever we are in the city. Always easy check in. Being a member actually feels like you are rewarded.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very good location, close to central station and walking distance to southbank, Brunswick st and fortitude valley. Lennons bar was very nice and had a good atmosphere. Pool area was lovely. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and stylish. Wish our stay was longer. Would definitely stay again if ever in Brisbane.

Nice hotel - very good service. I like that there is 24 basic food available by reception- also the complimentary water and soft drinks gives a nice atmosphere.

surprised that room didn't have basic business facility of a dest- there was a round table but no office desk.

Very comfortable and welcoming hotel in a great location.
We were upgraded on arrival to a river view room which was spotless with lovely quality bedding and towels.
We were on a high floor and had a great view. Breakfast was also very good with coffee made to order.
Would happily return.

Great location and second level bar. Shower had inconsistent temp, poor staff communication throughout my stay, front desk locked me out multiple times. Terrible and would not return or recommend.

Excellent stay for a few days in the heart of Brisbane. Positioned within the pedestrian area of the city, the hotel provided great value for money, customer oriented staff.

A great hotel in a great location - on Queen St Mall for all your shopping needs and a quick walk to the ferry stop. The staff were exceptional - helpful and friendly. Would have loved the pool to be heated just a teensy bit!

Gores is really nice, clean and personnel are really kind and gentle. I checked in at 2 AM due to flight delay and had no issue. Room was very nice, super clean and modern.

Breakfast was really good, international, sweet and salty and lot of fresh cut fruit.

Hotel has a 5 star rating but in europe would be 3 star at best the rooms very small. Very little storage we are tripping over suite cases,
No hot water and poor water pressure to the sink but showers are ok though.
Wouldnt recommend it unless you want a central location, it is more of a back packer stop over than a hotel and is more like a motel

We recently stayed here during a very busy period NYE Eve and overall had a wonderful experience. During our stay, a small incident occurred, and the way the hotel handled and resolved the situation was exceptional. The team acted promptly, professionally, and with genuine care, which made us feel very well looked after.
We would especially like to thank General Manager Jessica Wheatley, Housekeeping Manager Caitlin Brown, and Food & Beverage Manager Matthias Lohmann for their leadership, communication, and support. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out.
The hospitality and professionalism shown by the team turned an unexpected situation into a very positive experience. We would happily stay here again and confidently recommend this hotel to others.

The whole atmosphere is very friendly. Wonderful team of people. Rooms are clean, food is excellent, excellent location Best location with all services available nearby.

Amazing location right off the mall. So wonderful to have a sunset drink by the pool watching all the activity of the mall. Then a short walk to southbank as well.

Great central location close to City Hall, North Quay for City cat, the river, Southbank. High standards for service, cleanliness and food. Comfortable beds, lovely linens.
