Not very pleasant
Pros:

One of our tv screens was broken, we informed the staff they made no effort to help fix the issue! Overall the room was dusty in many places, they provided us with a refilled moldy lotion container!
The beds are really uncomfortable!
So overpriced for what you get

Large indoor space, convenient breakfast, but could use some cleaning.

Good location. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room not very clean. Could have used some vacuuming, cleaning of fans in bathroom, cleaning of cabinets, and kitchen towels that weren’t coming apart.

Everything I could’ve wanted for a quick trip
Pros:

Super nice people, amazing layout, quiet and comfortable with good complimentary goods and super good breakfast!!

Pros:

For a place that you would assume is for a more extended type stay with kitchenettes, the furniture was uncomfortable and lacking a home type feel. No end table for the couch (which was not very comfortable) or anything to set a drink on while watching TV. No luggage stand(there were 2 closets). Motion sensor lights in the kitchen didn't have a way to manually turn off the sensor, only an internal timer setting. The hotel did offer to switch our room, but I declined. Overall, a very good stay with just these couple of exceptions which could be easily changed.

Don’t stay here unless you like being woken up/rushed to leave

Cons:

Room has a very unpleasant smell, almost like that of a motel. The restroom also smelled bad. Check out is at 12 but the cleaning staff came around knocking twice, around 9am and 10:45am, waking us up. I opened the door the second time to the cleaning lady asking me what time we’d be leaving… check out is at 12. As customers, this makes us feel rushed. It’s only 10:45am. We understand check out is out 12. We shouldn’t have to be woken up out of our sleep.
