Not good at all!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Bed had bed bugs. I was infected for a week afterward. Had to check out early because of the bed bugs and bed bugs bites.

It was all I needed. Paid $50 a night to park later in my trip.
Pros:

Easy off highway and only short drive to restaurant
Found County Brewery.. Felt right at home.

it just a place to sleep and thats it, clean and cheap

room - clean, have to ask to have room cleaned everyday
pool - slightly green
breakfast - OK
Bed - OK
Parking - OK except for the construction crews staying there blocking ability to back out
Lots of illegals staying there and working there ..not even 1 could speak English

Cons:

i was just there for the Beach nothing else..
the whole ordeal was like being in another country rather America, Spanish is all you heard, breakfast yep Mexican flair.
one guy in a Black 3 piece suit and combat boot, must have been Cartel / Coyote with what may have been his mom or a trafficked old ladies cook
paper thin walls can hear TV from other rooms

I nice quiet place to sleep while traveling.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and knew the area well.

Pro's- The bed was very comfortable and soft. The AC was very cold. The hot water was super hot. The room was clean. See attached photos.

Con- The hotel is dated, but if you are looking for a room for the night to get some sleep and you want something just off the interstate just after or before Pensecola, this is a solid choice.

There is also a phenomenal Cheesteak restaurant close. It's called Philly's Cheestakes and it's a must visit.

Great location. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Lock on sliding door inoperable. They used a replacement latch. That was very poorly installed. Being on the ground floor this was very clearly a safety issue.
Anyone could have easily forced it open.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

NOT A FAN OF THE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY WAFFLE FLAVOR. I would have targeted regular flavor!!!

Location, and price.

Cons:

Ive always came to that location because pets wasn't always allowed but this time it was multiple people with multiple dogs barking in the rooms close enough for me to hear. I have PTSD which I developed in the military. It really bothered me.
