Disappointed the advertisement didn't match our experience
Pros:

Staff very helpful & pleasant 😊 coffee was good
Facility was clean.

Cons:

Room was not acceptable 😒 i did let management know we we're disappointed. They provided us another room that was much nicer. Breakfast wasn't very good. Greasy eggs..potatoes and sausage. Should have made a waffle. Some updates are needed throughout the property.

Terrible, would have left if I could !!!! We are seniors and were tired! This place is not a 3 star

The place is not a 3 star at all! I have pictures if needed. It’s very old and run down. If I had had a chance I would have left. Very disappointed! And I payed extra for AC and I payed way more than the costumers before me! Not happy at all and like a refund because place was not a 3 star. I say it should be taken out of businesses and fixed

Nothing! Not a 3 star at all !!! Maybe a 1 star! Place needs to be shut down and fixed! I like a refund ! I have pictures of needed ! I could not open the balcony door. I did not even wanted to check out the pool! It’s all in very bad shape. The sign for where your room is was wrong too! You are better off taking the place out or put one star. This is folds advertising ! I like a refund

The bathtub faucet continually dispensed water; far more than a drip. The toilet seat was broken; one of the fasteners was disconnected and the seat moved considerably. This is a safety issue. I could not get the TV to turn on. The staff corrected the TV issue. I reported these issues at the front desk.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, breakfast, great location

Cons:

I tried to get in the pool in the morning and the door was locked. There were no hours posted on the sign so I wasn't sure if the pool was open.

It was nasty, very disappointed. We have stayed there several times before but this time the building was in bad shape, pain pilling off the ceiling, had a horrible odor, dead roaches in bathroom floor. The bed stunk like pee and the room smelt musky

I am on a fixed income , they robbed me.

It was the worse all around

Cons:

I paid my room for 4 nights, 250 deposit , After I left they charged my card another 200
I'm a senior citizen . They are crooks Almost 1000 for 4 nights . Never again.

Cons:

Security- balcony was not able to lock, after complaint they given physical rod to place to jam door, it was highly risk to us and our luggage in absence of us
Furniture- for broken seating chair, after ask to replace, they only took it and not replaced.
Breakfast - no butter with bread only honey and one fruit jam.

The staff were polite and handled issues as promptly as possible.

Cons:

The room was disgusting and the bed was full of bugs. There was hair in the towels and mold growing in shower. The facilities were over all very dilapidated. While our room did have AC the hallways did not.
