It was one on the worst hotel stays I have had.

Cons:

They switched the room I booked on Booking.com. They claimed it was a pet room which it does not say that in my reservation at all when I asked for the room back, they said it was unavailable, but they could give me another room with an upgrade charge so I ended up with a lesser room than the one I paid for. They also proceeded to charge my card for incidental fees prior to me, even arriving at the hotel, even though it was a pay when you arrive situation, the TV didn’t work unless you jiggle the wire so when I contacted them the first night, they said someone get back to me within 10 minutes and four days later no one ever did the breakfast was disappointing. The staff was not friendly and the cleanliness was not great.

Pros:

The Hotel is outdated, it smells, the Breakfast was awful and tasted bad, dirty, trash was on the floor and under my bed. Broken dresser, broken table, dirty tub, no vest fan in the bathroom. It was the worst Hotel I have been to. No phone in room. Had to fill out more paperwork then any Hotel I've ever been to in my life and took forever. I wish I had a refund. It was bad. Very bad. No decaffeinated coffee. Dirty microwave. I want a refund.

Needs to be leveled or fully redone. Pool was closed.

Cons:

Carpet was wet. Mold in the air conditioner and bathroom. Television didn’t work. Coffee machine in room didn’t work. Noisy. Room next door had tv on all night. Breakfast was disgustingly and no one was around to assist with breakfast requests. Would like a refund.

It was ok for what we needed, but the rear door was a serious flaw.
Pros:

Location, breakfast was fine, coffee was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The rear entrance was unlit and the exterior door did not latch without a pretty serious tug or shove. I fould in unlocked when i got to it more than once. Poor security.

Lacking cleanliness and maintenance.

The price was good for what we got.

Cons:

When we arrived the room was missing the desk and chair. The shower had not been cleaned, floor was slick with soap. Lad y at the front desk tried to tell us that there should not be a desks and chair in the room as it is a handicapped room and needs wheel chair access. I had stayed there before and the handicapped rooms always had a desk and chair. the other lady, Heather had the maintenance person bring in a desk and chair. The hall entrance had cracked and chipped off tile in the wind we stayed in. Had to ask for clothes hangers, only one in the room. At breakfast, there was no butter and a very limited supply of jelly and no decaf coffee.

Cons:

What a complete dump! Nothing but drug addicts walking around and was harassed multiple times by them. Trash and fescues everywhere! Everyone has a bad attitude that’s working. Haven’t had my room cleaned 1 time in the 5 days I been here and when I PAID the house keeper to clean it she never did. After complaining that it still wasn’t cleaned and that I paid (shouldn’t have to pay) NO justice! 0 out of 10 literally the biggest hell hole.

Leaving the $100 bill up front until after checkout. I understand not all tenants are good renters but thats a chance we take even though the room was already paid for up front.

Service was wonderful. The staff was nice and friendly. The room value was nice.

Cons:

The air in the room wasn't cool enough, but we didn't stay in the room during the day so it worked out.
The shower had a little bit of mold on the tile grout.

the staff was wonderful, but the hotel could definitely use some upgrades.
Pros:

We went to breakfast at 7:00 a.m. and they only had folded over eggs and coffee there was nothing in there to eat.

Maybe it was eaten before we got there. it seems like they would have been putting out fresh breakfast until cut off time.

Cons:

My pillow smelled terrible I could not use it.. The bed was lumpy. The carpet in the hall smelled terrible. It may be time for an upgrade.
