Personeel van het hotel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zowel de deskmedewerkers als de overige leden. De kamer was OK maar niet echt een uitschieter. Het hotel ligt aan de hoofdbaan van Del Rio maar onze kamer lag achterin en daar hadden we geen echte hinder van. Badkamer was eveneens redelijk OK maar wel met een kleine wastafel.
Dit hotel is aan een algemene opfrissing toe want voldoet toch niet meer aan de huidige normen. Zeker het zwembadgedeelte (inclusief bar) kan een makeover gebruiken. Foto's op de site stellen het allemaal wat té rooskleurig voor. Binnenzwembad bijvoorbeeld is in werkelijkheid piepklein.

Rooms feel dirty and need serious remodeling and need serious updates. The whole property needs maintenance.

This is a classic that you don't find anymore. A Motel/hotel in the style of the old Holiday Inns with a bar and restaurant! The room are very large. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Yes, it has some wear but not in a negative way; but in that it is has character and is inviting. When so many of the national chains are building properties that feel institutional, this felt comfortable.
The bar is excellent!
The restaurant was good if you are had a long day and don't want to venture out. And the breakfast was outstanding! Large selection and made to order egg dishes. Probably one of the best "included" breakfast I've had in memory.

The breakfast was amazing. Your staff was exceptional, professional, fast, service with a smile. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
On the morning of checkout, I needed to print one page. The night Receptionist was wonderful, so sweet, made us feel welcome and right at home. The morning clerk was rude and dismissive. She had long dirty blonde hair. She was unpacking boxes, who know what when I approached the desk. I smiled waiting, she looked up but went back to her busy work... I had to say excuse me, to get her to acknowledge my presence. I explained that I needed to make a copy. She pointed her bony finger towards the business center. Ok... Once there I tried to figure it out. I had to download the Brother app, but couldn't get it to work. I went back to the desk, asked for help, she barked to read the instructions. Super mad at tje waste of my time, I gave up. When we checked out I told her that we had a wonderful stay was ruined by her rudeness. Said i was leaving a bad review thanks to her. I never did, but I should have. Maybe she was having a really bad day, but if so, she could still be nice to guests.
