Good for a place to sleep at.
Pros:

Breakfast is just enough to satisfy your hunger but nothing special. Location is about 1.5 miles away from the Basilica.

Cons:

Communication is a challenge. Also, we booked for 4 people but they only gave us 2 bottled water and do not want to add 2 more. Do not make sense.

Просторный номер, приятный дизайн, очень чисто и комфортно. Находится в хорошем районе с множеством кафе и ресторанов. В номере есть все необходимое. Хороший кондиционер и сильный wifi.

Ofrecían un desayuno bueno

Cons:

Durante mi estancia, una persona que trabaja en el hotel entró a mi habitación fuera del horario de limpieza y abrió mi bolso y mi billetera y robó mi dinero. Después de reclamar y esperar en el hotel, la administración devolvió el dinero (antes de eso nos echaban la culpa a nosotras por no meter nuestra billetera en la caja fuerte). Pero como estaba de afán proque era el día del check out no me dinero cuenta que me faltaba más dinero, me di cuenta ya en el aeropuerto.

Cons:

Parking instructions are not clear; you need to walk in to the front desk and check in before they let you park your car, so your car is left in the front entrance, blocking any other additional guest that wishes to check in. This process can be better organized. If the guest has guaranteed their stay (charged room), then a quick message to the guest with an access code to park underground and then check in would help alleviate the bottleneck of cars in their main entrance.

Una buena experiencia de hospedaje, aún cuando fue corta. Recomendable.
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien, y la atención del personal resultó buena. Fue una buena estancia en términos generales.

Cons:

La habitación tenía un olor a humedad que resulta un tanto desagradable, se atenuó al encender el aire acondicionado; punto a mejorar en particular en la habitación que se me asignó.
