La atención y el confort de la habitación

La atención, limpieza y desayuno muy bien.
El tamaño de la habitación por un precio menor he disfrutado de habitaciones mas amplias.

La cama horriblemente dura, no descanse nada, los blancos estaban viejos se veían percudido.

Mal servicio de las personas encargadas de la Recepción, no dan la información clara, falta de capacitación, no saben generar una factura del hospedaje, hasta la fecha no me ha llegado mi factura al correo, no hay manera de generar un cfdi de un consumo
La lampara que estaba fuera de nuestra habitación, parecía una luz estroboscopica y molestaba mucho

Que el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. Solo dejaron toallas y shampoo para 2 personas y eramos 3 huéspedes. Como el teléfono no funcionaba tuve que bajar por una toalla y la persona en recepción tenía mala actitud.

Breakfast is just enough to satisfy your hunger but nothing special. Location is about 1.5 miles away from the Basilica.
Communication is a challenge. Also, we booked for 4 people but they only gave us 2 bottled water and do not want to add 2 more. Do not make sense.

Durante mi estancia, una persona que trabaja en el hotel entró a mi habitación fuera del horario de limpieza y abrió mi bolso y mi billetera y robó mi dinero. Después de reclamar y esperar en el hotel, la administración devolvió el dinero (antes de eso nos echaban la culpa a nosotras por no meter nuestra billetera en la caja fuerte). Pero como estaba de afán proque era el día del check out no me dinero cuenta que me faltaba más dinero, me di cuenta ya en el aeropuerto.
Centrally located, comfortable room.
Parking instructions are not clear; you need to walk in to the front desk and check in before they let you park your car, so your car is left in the front entrance, blocking any other additional guest that wishes to check in. This process can be better organized. If the guest has guaranteed their stay (charged room), then a quick message to the guest with an access code to park underground and then check in would help alleviate the bottleneck of cars in their main entrance.
