J’ai passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande avec plaisir.
L’établissement est très bien situé, à seulement 5 minutes du tram, ce qui est très pratique. La réception se trouve au niveau du bar, où l’on peut également prendre un verre ou manger un petit en-cas dans une ambiance agréable.
J’étais dans la chambre 201. Elle était très propre, avec une literie confortable et des draps qui sentaient très bon. La salle de bains était impeccable, avec du gel douche et du shampoing mis à disposition. Les serviettes sont de très bonne qualité. J’ai également apprécié la présence d’un coffre-fort, d’un petit réfrigérateur, ainsi que d’un espace café et thé à disposition. La connexion Internet est excellente et très rapide.
Seul petit bémol : la télévision propose peu de chaînes, ce qui est un peu dommage.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet à 19 € est vraiment très bon, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité.
Un grand merci au personnel, toujours très poli, souriant et serviable, aussi bien à la réception qu’au service. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le sentiment de sécurité au sein de l’hôtel, ce qui est un vrai plus.
En résumé, cet hôtel mérite pleinement ses 4 étoiles. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir et je le recommande sans hésitation !

I've stayed there before, great location but this time we didn't have hot water or any water in the shower for 3 days of our stay. No compensation from the staff. It's a shame I had great experiences in the past but after this I will never stay there again.
