Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gross, vielfältig und lecker. Es hatte viel Auswahl. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und das Bett super bequem. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war leider nicht mega sauber. Die Zimmer an der Strasse sind sehr ringhörig und schlecht isoliert. Die Kälte kam hinein, weshalb ich ziemlech heizen musste.

Pros:

Bem localizado, com acesso rápido ao tram e ao autocarro. O metro está a cerca de 5 ou 6 minutos a pé. Em menos de 30 minutos a pé estamos na Grand Place. Colchões confortáveis e quatros funcionais com boas áreas. Bom duche. Pequeno almoço bastante razoável, mas sem deslumbrar. Funcionários prestáveis. Tem local para guardar malas.

Cons:

Almofadas péssimas (muito moles). Os quartos não são insonorizados, em especial os que têm portas comunicantes. Há muito ruído da rua, mesmo durante a noite, pois o hotel tem um bar (onde funciona a recepção), no piso térreo, que tem muita fluência de público, mesmo de quem não está hospedado, sendo que ficam a falar alto e a buzinar até tarde na rua. Uma noite ouvimos mesmo música muita alta até às 2h ou 3h da madrugada, embora não tenha a certeza que viesse do bar (mais parecia vir de um quarto). Como não há telefone no quarto não pudemos avisar a recepção, embora posteriormente nos tenham dito que podíamos contactar a recepção via WhatsAap. Curiosamente a noite mais silenciosa foi de sexta feira para sábado. Logo na primeira noite avisei na recepção que uma das luzes da casa de banho não funcionava, Tentaram mudar a lâmpada mas continuou sem funcionar até final da estadia e fazia muita falta. Só há limpeza do quarto a pedido (mas sem custo extra).

Pros:

J’ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Globalement, tout s’est bien passé : la chambre était propre, confortable et le petit déjeuner était bon et varié.

Cons:

Mon expérience a été fortement marquée par un incident important : je suis restée bloquée presque une heure dans l’ascenseur. La réception a été prévenue, mais on m’a simplement dit d’attendre le technicien, sans autre assistance particulière ni geste commercial par la suite. C’était une situation stressante et j’aurais apprécié un minimum de dédommagement ou au moins plus d’accompagnement.

Autre point négatif : le dimanche, le petit déjeuner a fermé à 10h, alors que le logiciel de check-in en ligne indiquait une fermeture à 10h30. Cette incohérence est regrettable, surtout quand on organise sa matinée en fonction des informations communiquées.

En résumé, le séjour était correct dans l’ensemble, mais ces deux points ont malheureusement terni l’expérience.
