Great location, comfy bed and fab breakfast. Top place to stay in Brussels.
Pros:

Very comfortable room with exceptional large bed, i.e. size of two doubles - super super king? Very quiet considering location in the city. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of hot and cold food.
Had a very vibey bar with pool tables and dart board and lots of sofas and lounge chairs etc, very nice place to relax and a popular place in the suburb for people to hang out.

Cons:

Minor point - the sliding door on the room toilet. Because it's sliding, a little noisy and wakes up your partner if you need the toilet in the middle of the night!
The obsession for online checking in and out. It felt the hotel was trying to be too "cool" and modern. The amount of emails, texts and whatsapp messages started to get a little annoying. They do allow you to unsubscribe which is good.

Bon emplacement, très bien situé

Cons:

Uniquement deux chaînes françaises qui diffuse des infos en continu. Pas de Netflix YouTube sur la télé c’est dommage.
Vigile désagréable
Notre chambre donnait sur une vue quasi inexistante un gros bloc de bâtiment

La douche était top.

Cons:

Bruit de fond permanent s'arrêtant de 00h30 à 08h00 dans la chambre 529 lié à une climatisation extérieure à l'hôtel. C'était pénible. La moquette très tachée.
Les couettes du lit à l'allemande pas plaisantes si on n'y est pas habitué, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel.

Soweit alles okay
Pros:

Guter Standort, sehr schöne Hotelbar mit tollem Ambiente, sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen. Zimmertüre zur Gang mit gutem Schallschutz. Riesige, öffentliche Tiefgarage mit viel freien, allerdings sehr engen Stellplätzen. In der öffentlichen Tiefgarage zahlreiche Lademöglichkeiten für Elektroautos, allerdings sind diese nicht beschriftet (Freischaltung per App daher unmöglich, es braucht zwingend eine Karte, ENBW + Maingau haben leider nicht funktioniert)

Cons:

Schalldämmung der Fenster zu der Straßenseite mangelhaft, sehr laut, auch weil das Fenster nicht richtig schließt. Seifenspender sollten ersetzt werden (Pumpspender), Tiefgarage ist öffentlich und hat keine Kooperation mit dem Hotel (kein Preisvorteil, Kosten aktuell € 28,-- pro Tag).
