Great location and good value
Pros:

Great location at the end of the main drag and easy to walk to all the restaurants. large room w/ parking.

Cons:

although the restaurant is very nice and the food was good, they were very understaffed. Two weekend mornings for breakfast they had 1 1/2 servers. The cook was helping serve and he was getting the food out very fast. We heard that dinner the night before was same issue.

Nice hotel but pricey

For the price, I would have hoped for some kind of continental breakfast to be included. Even minimal fruit to go and coffee/tea would have been ok.

Very disappointed in cleanliness, quality of room especially for the high cost.
Pros:

Convenient location, attractive flowers and plants at entries, comfortable bed

Cons:

First room assigned to us was being painted.
Second room had a view of a roof and wall, had good and crumbs on floor at desk area, dirty bathroom floor. Coffee service area was flimsy.

Overall decent place. But for the extreme price, it could have been better. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Easy walk to all the local shops and restaurants.

Cons:

For the price of our room, the bathroom was extremely small. Although it appeared clean, minus the occasional stain in the carpet. The lobby is extremely updated, modern and clean. Yet as soon as you get to the two, not well located elevators and upstairs where the rooms are, take you back to the 70s. The hallway rugs are lifting up, and it appeared the staff may have been minimal, because the main walkways were unkept. Slept well, minus the extremely loud slamming doors on our floor.

Great safe place
Pros:

Clean. close to Broadway Quiet, Excellent staff. Evey at front desk was terrific We got there a line of 4 people she whipped right thru it. everyone was happy. 10 stars for Evey
