Overall I was very happy with my stay.
Pros:

The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The internet was fast and easy to access which was important to me since I had to do a video conference while staying there.

Cons:

It was difficult to find the parking lot when I arrived. Google maps took me to the opposite side of the building, and I had to drive around the area searching for the lot. The hotel itself was also a little difficult to navigate my first day there. Better signage or a map would be helpful.

Pros:

Super Comfortable bed. Locations is great. Lovely charming town.

Bar area lacking in ambience. It's a pity the cosy fireplace at reception isn't in the bar.

Stay there — It’s so good :)
Pros:

Everyone on staff is great — We’ve been staying here for Thanksgiving for years, and it’s always a treat. Good parking, WiFi, rooms, bed linens, location — and add indoor pool as an extra treat for kids.
Coffee maker , microwave, and fridge in room make breakfast buffet less important than it would be without these features.

Cons:

Actually, I think the serve yourself breakfast would be my only real suggestion for improvement, either included w/ room or as extra fee. The restaurant is nice, but it can’t handle high volume. The wait for breakfast is too long on days when you just want to get up and get going! But as I said, with a grudge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room, you can easily have a fast and easy to start your morning.

Pros:

Location is great. Liked the room a lot, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was too small but great shower and super clean. The breakfast was only mediocre. Our waitress, Tracey, was really friendly and nice. Service was slow but not her fault. Food wasn't great but fair. It was the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, so I think staffing was hard to come by. The bellmen were GREAT! Very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small. Breakfast wasn't as good as expected.
