-Paid for the breakfast buffet and there was ZERO food available at 9 am. When it runs from 7-11 am.

Room was fine. Watched Q4 of the Knicks game in the Bistro bar with a night cap which was OK too.
The included breakfast on Sunday was a bit of a disaster. Someone on staff had called in sick so they were super short staffed.
There was no food on the buffet and general mayhem. People waiting just for coffee.
We had to wait about 20 minutes for tables for just 2 of us to be seated.
We got the last 2 strips of bacon, one sausage and a single pancake and made the best of it.
The couple behind us were livid.
If we had to pay the $25 each for the buffet it would have been a real issue.
Very old and needs updated. Cost a lot to stay for a run down hotel

The room was large, clean and comfortable.
I did not like the $12.00 parking charge, which I was unaware of when I booked the room. Last time I stayed there parking was included. It was a quiet Sunday night, not at full occupancy and the parking lot was 90% empty. Also, they were installing new carpeting throughout the lobby area while we were ther.

Absurd to have to pay for parking while you’re staying at the Hilton property. 12 dollars a day and it wasn’t even plowed good. No coffee or tea available. Carpet stains. Outdated for a Hilton.
The room was clean, of good size and convenient to the attached center where we were attending an event. Breakfast was very good.

Perfect location. You can just park and leave your car. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Very clean. Nice helpful staff.
The hotel decor and rooms need an update, which it seemed like they were doing.
Looked like a portion of the property was under remodel. First impression was not great as a diamond member. I expected much better from this property. Restaurant opened at 6:30am and was not ready for service. Morning of check out, housekeeping is knocking on the door at 8am - I’d recommend doing that after check out time if 11am - poor experience and unacceptable. Despite the work being done there are many small impact on changes you can and should make with an attention to detail to ensure your hotel greets every guest looking its best.
