Beautiful location. Easy walk to all the local shops and restaurants.
For the price of our room, the bathroom was extremely small. Although it appeared clean, minus the occasional stain in the carpet. The lobby is extremely updated, modern and clean. Yet as soon as you get to the two, not well located elevators and upstairs where the rooms are, take you back to the 70s. The hallway rugs are lifting up, and it appeared the staff may have been minimal, because the main walkways were unkept. Slept well, minus the extremely loud slamming doors on our floor.
Clean. close to Broadway Quiet, Excellent staff. Evey at front desk was terrific We got there a line of 4 people she whipped right thru it. everyone was happy. 10 stars for Evey
I would never stay at this hotel again. On the positive side, the location on Broadway is perfect for a trip to Saratoga Springs and the hotel is "okay" but tired and in need of updates and basic maintenance, particularly at the summer price rates. The huge negative for me was the fact that on our first night, my bottom sheet had mouse droppings and insect parts on it. Horrifying. While the staff person on duty was extremely helpful (horrified herself) and the bed sheets were immediately changed, I didn't sleep a wink, wondering what other filthy things were in the room. I have been amazed that despite a couple emails to management, I have not received a single reply. They clearly don't care. Don't stay here!
This Hotel was perfect. First and foremost, the staff was amazing. The accommodations were excellent. We have been going to Saratoga for 50 years and this is our favorite place to stay
Perfect location! Especially for the Fourth of July!
Check on was very quick, parking was close( but you have to pay, and the room was very clean.
The Bistro didn't really have anything that looked good to us and was a little pricey. But there are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from
Great location. Nice room but carpet could use a deep cleaning. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced. No shower gel in container. Room had one bathrobe for 2 people. Odd! Elevator button lights don't work. Looks like they are not paying attention to the small things that make a Hilton, as many of these things seem to be ongoing.
