It was quiet and felt safe and clean.
The pool hours could be later.
The location was good for the event we were attending.
To start, the woman a the check-in desk was far from "Friendly". In fact, she just walked up and begin clicking on her computer. I greeted her with a, "Hello", and she appeared to act as if I was inconveniencing her! The hallway from the lobby to the elevator was a nice distance and the hallway was dark and dingy! Only one of the two elevators were operatable, which made for a long wait. We stayed on the 3rd floor and once we got off the elevator, we were yet again, greeted with a dark and dingy hallway! This location could use some upgrades.
We have stayed here before and loved it then. That is why we booked for this vacation.
Stayed here for 3 nights. First night....no hot water. They gave me a different room.
The staff was super friendly and very customer oriented. We were always pleasantly greeted. The breakfast area was super clean and well stocked. The parking area was large. The bathroom fixtures were a bit dated but the beds were comfortable. Our room was small but included a desk chair, a pull out bench that slid another the table and another small side chair. Nice - as neither of us had to sit on the bed. Even though there was a group of youngsters there - maybe a baseball team, the hotel seemed very quiet. Overall a great experience. We stayed 3 nights.
Good service
Small rooms. Has no closet space. And cabinet is not right option
Our family was there for our sons funeral from May 29-31 2026 with nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends and it was a hard time for all of us but when we checked in that afternoon we were greeted by 2 of the loviest young women, Lucky and her side kick (did not get her name) and in the morning at breakfast we met this young man who had a big smile and a “good morning”. Please tell these girls and the young man they made the stay a lot easier with their bright personalities, smiles and hugs. Hoping to be back soon to see family and for sure we will definetly stay there again. ❤️ Thank you, THE GRASSO FAMILY

The hotel staff was perfect facility was nice and clean no problem with the building or staff
The only problem I had is your bed was very uncomfortable recommend beauty rest mattresses. That was the only thing I had an issue with

Convenience of the location close to everything and everywhere we were going
No negative feedback it was a great place
The room was great. My one complaint was, I could hear the neighbors through the adjoining door.
We kept the fan on low and temp was good all night. It also muffled the sound of the one neighbor.
The shower was hot and strong the way I like it.
The breakfast was amazing, the kitchen staff were courteous and always kept food abundant and cleaned area continuously.
Elise was upbeat, considerate and very accommodating!
