Horrible property. Dirty - everywhere. Bugs in rooms. Ripped carpets, furniture.
I can’t believe the Marriott allows this property to carry their brand name.

I stayed for 3 nights and there was no room service, every day I had to go get fresh towels. I staff was rude and said I need to request service 24 hours prior.
There was human poop in the walk way. The faucet was broken, there were no pots or pans and not even trash bin, no lotion, no hand soap.
I liked how it was organized, the layout of the buildings, the full-size kitchen, and the staff were very nice.
There was an odd smell in the room, the kitchen sink water never got hot, and the door mechanism was broken so it was hard to close the door from the outside when I was about to leave.

Very dirty. Old, dog shit everywhere. Terrible breakfast. The pool is closed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was dirty , things were broken like coffee maker, doors don’t shut, bathrooms not clean, carpet has thick amount of dirt like it has never been professionally cleaned, ever! Stains on walls and curtains, no sheets are provided for the sofa bed, they ran out of food that was supposed to be included, homeless people in premises, drugged out folks broke into a unit to sleep. Not enough utensils and dirty dishes, for a suite for 6 people. Broken Glass, not cleaned up in a timely manner. Wet tar for on our shoes, not caution tape placed. Plumbing problem in the lobby and in the suite from the dishwasher that was never used.
Convenient for the Convention Center, and lots of room. Almost a small studio apartment.
The rooms are a bit dated, and the beds and pillows felt off to us both in terms of comfort.
Mixed bag. Good location and quiet. Kitchen sink had a leak, and there were insects around (which we reported). The light sensor into the bathroom turned the light on when anyone moved significantly in bed — a real annoyance. Nothing that can’t be fixed; hope they do.
Staff was very peasant and welcoming. Very convenient to Convention Center and airport.
Nothing , except the driving away from the property!
The fact that we sat outside for over 1 hour waiting for The maintenance guy to change a battery so we can open the door , however, no batteries wer replaced and we were told to not leave because the door wouldn’t open 😡
i loved the room. it was like a mini apartment
The only thing that bothered me was that there were no washcloths lol. lame i know, but still.
This property was run down. The carpet was torn and looked dirty, the automatic light in the bathroom turned on every time we rolled over in bed and turned off when we needed it in the bathroom. The tub looked dirty. We have stayed at many Marriott properties and this was the worst we have stayed in.
