Best transitional place I’ve stayed while moving.
Pros:

The staff always makes my stay pleasant. Angie at the front desk always greeted me with a smile. She made it a point to call me by my name once she knew it. She has an amazing spirit and great attitude.

Pros:

Parking entrance requires a card. Police cameras in parking lot

Cons:

Staff is horrible, often there’s trash around property and it wasn’t picked up. Hotel room itself wasn’t very clean, chair had white substance all over it and sofa was worn down. We often stay at RI’s and this is by far the worse one. Breakfast was also lacking and every day seemed to run out of an item or two and become progressively worse.

I feel they should be more thorough cleaning and checking the rooms before letting people check in.

Cons:

We were given a room where the air conditioning didn’t work and the room smelled really bad. But they let us change rooms so it turned out ok just a little inconvenient. They are a little late on having breakfast prepped as well but overall the food was good.
