Bad.1 hr. Could not stand smell!

Cons:

When we went to check in, there was a very invasive odor (food cooked with curry) that was not only in the lobby, it was in the elevator and hallway of 2nd floor. We could not stay there...gave me a headache...we left after 1 hour. Of course we got NO REFUND! Never going there again and probably no other Comfort Inn either!

Cons:

Was told by the front desk that breakfast would start at 6:00 am . Went down at six to have breakfast before leaving early for my next destination and breakfast area was closed. No one would answer the service bell at the front desk I finally left after waiting 30 minutes and no front desk help and breakfast never was served.

Staff does not understand customer service.
Pros:

Clean. Bed was nice.

Cons:

No hot shower. Had to switch rooms. Day manager was loud and rude. She yelled at me that the shower worked and was berating the night staff in front of customers.

Unsatisfied, very disappointed with my experience here. Overpriced for what it offered.

Close to highway, easy to find.

Cons:

Run down, needs attention and updating. At 5:30 in the morning, the smoke detector in my room started beeping, I called front desk, no answer. I packed up and left, on my way out, I buzzed for help at the front desk, no response. After I loaded my car up, I noticed a person at desk so I went in and told her the issue, she apologized, and said she could get me some replacement batteries, which indicated to me , I could go back to my room and change the batteries.
I will never sray at ths Comfort Inn again. I have never had any issues at any other Comfort Inn before.

The breakfast was excellent! Great hot scrambled eggs, good sausage patties, fried potatoes, and muffin choices.Kitchen help were friendly and efficient in keeping the area clean and stocked.

Comfortable bed
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, great shower, good quality breakfast items. Only negative was the curtains wouldn’t completely close letting light from outside in the cracks. Solved with hair clips.
