Would not recommend, better choices appear south of town.
Pros:

Good location next to the highway but far away from the hub with restaurants and shopping

Cons:

The people were really grumpy and why does most of the time we use booking . Com we get a handicap room?
Also we never could get the shower to be even warm, hot was our aim.

AVOID. Extremely poor customer service.
Pros:

I was traveling to Kansas City for a sudden family death. The room was reserved online with Choice Hotels. On my arrival, there were no front desk personnel. I waited for 25 minutes, only to have. someone claiming to be hotel maintenance advised that the front desk person was trying to repair a TV in a room, and it might be a while before her return. Another 5 minutes with no assistance. I had to travel another 45 minutes to find another hotel, thank you Hilton Inn in Grand Junction for being so helpful. l have disputed my room charge of $149.50 because l was there to check in. The "Guest-Experience Specialist" was not there to assist. l left two phone messages on the hotel recording requesting a callback. NOT surprised l have not received a call. Disputed with Choice Hotels.

The room was clean, the price was decent.

Cons:

The in room coffee maker was missing a part. One bathroom light was burned out,the other kept blinking on and off. The refrigerator made a noise whenever it was running that would wake you up.

Pros:

First the lady at check in was rude and impatient. Our hotel engine my company uses for our rooms was declined. After contacting the hotel search engine company to fix the issue the lady at the desk wouldn’t answer the phone. After sitting there waiting for 45- 1 hour she finally answered the phone and was again rude to the Hotel search engine people. So finally everything gets situated and I get my room. I do as I know several other people would I pull back the sheets and mattress to check for critters. Upon pulling the mattress back from the headboard I see the dust cover on the box spring has garbage and hair on it. I take photos and head to the front desk and o am switched into another room. I do the same thing and find the same results. Absolutely disgusting

There was not one good thing about this place.

Cons:

This place was terrible. Checked in and received a room key had to go back to the front desk 6 diffrent times because key would never work. Needless to say we check out right away and found a new hotel. Walking through the hotel it was extremely dirty. Staff was not friendly so receiving a refund and finding a diffrent hotel was a blessing. Would not recommend.
