Didn't get to experience anything

Cons:

I did the pre check in thinking that would check me into my rooms but that didn't happen. The receptionist stated that the pw check in isn't really a check in. So after driving 9 hours we were told that there were no rooms available.

Pros:

The staff were all friendly and informative. The hotel itself was very pretty.the pool was clean and warm and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

Cons:

It was a really long walk from the front desk/ parking to the tower and the elevator was outdated and sounded like it needed a service

Cons:

Staff doesn't know what they are doing. They charged me twice for my stay and when I informed Manager she promised to get money refunded. Well instead they charge me a third time. They did fix that third transaction however, I'm still waiting for my refund from the second charge. Also my room card was deactivated and I had no way to get in the hotel after hours. It was a terrible experience and will never stay here again.

Breakfast was the best part of my stay the two guys making breakfast waffles and filling buffet were awesome

I loved the character of the building. It was cool walking in

Cons:

I did not like the guy we checked in with he was difficult instead of getting my name he asked where I booked it was a mess management had to come he couldn’t figure out check in I guess

I enjoyed my good and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Bed was comfortable & everything was clean. The price for value was great. A nice breakfast was served.
