They misrepresented their rooms on booking.com as a double room with two full double beds and a couch it was smaller than a standard room and a chair. When I presented it to the front desk showing them this is the room a doubleroom with two full beds & pullout couch. Was told the pictures on booking.com or not the pictures from the hotel rooms The hotels do not take pictures of the rooms I said well this is the room that I thought I was renting and it was dirty nasty smelled I would not not even for the cheap money it's not worth it at all They compared herself to the motel 8 up there which has the lowest ratings also
I would not recommend this hotel at all what you see on booking.com is not what you get at this hotel

Drove up, walked in, small conversation, turned around and left!
Pros:

When you drive up, it looks like you’re at a club. The exterior lighting is ridiculous!

When you walk in the door, it smells disgusting! Like someone was cooking dinner and didn’t clean up after!

Thirdly, they couldn’t even accommodate my family. Because they had no Porter cribs or cribs. It didn’t say that when we were booking and this is the first place we’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have a Porter crib for our baby.

The gentleman acted like he didn’t even know what a crib was. Wouldn’t even call someone to ask them if we had a crib and then just looked at me and said no crib. He was very unprofessional.

But it doesn’t surprise me. The whole vibe from this hotel was definitely low class or no class.

Cons:

Well, they could take care of the obnoxious lighting as you approach the hotel! It felt like there was a rave going on and not people looking for a place to sleep for a night.

Next, they could put somebody out the front desk that knew what they were doing. And could answer questions.

And the smell, the place needs a really good cleaning!

Everything weed smoke in the hallways busted up parking lot dogs in the room next to me loud music late at night staff failed to fix the issue was there Fri-Mon morning never emptied my trash or brought fresh towels nothing was good about this place at all

Our short trip to Erie Pa was not contingent on our room, the room was for one night it was fair.
Pros:

The gentleman at the desk let check in a couple hours early without an extra charge. The hotel isn't far from the attractions we were going to. The pool was clean and very nice. My daughter found a frog outside, that was the highlight for her 😁

Cons:

Our room floor looked like it wasn't cleaned, the toilet was dirty on the inside. The mirrors were dirty.
