Days Inn by Wyndham Erie

the housekeeping was sorely lacking. Yes, everything was nice and clean, but nobody bothered to knock and see if we needed towels, or the trash emptied, even when I called the desk to specifically ask for them to come to our room.

I could see evidence of past messes in my room. It looked like poop. When cleaning up human feces you leave zero evidence behind. I could also smell people smoking pot in the hall way,the smell didn't reach my room,and I don't care anyhow but if I were to smoke a cigarette in my room id probably get charged a cleaning penalty

The pictures from internet did not match my room. The furniture was mismatched and broken like from yard sale. My shower had a big hole in the wall. The price was excessive for what you get. I had been traveling across the country for a month it was a disappointment.

Needs serious updating and maintenance. Stained utilities and mold on bathroom. Chipped paint everywhere.

Dirty tub, shower curtain was disgusting, towels were dirty, (so could not shower) phone didnt work, breakfast was 1 boiled egg and a cerial bar or 1 piece of fruit.
They also had someone come in and paint their light posts without telling anyone. Overspray all over my car. The only compensation they would give was my room deduction. It will cost me hundreds to get it removed. When asked for the managers phone number, they refused to give it to me and said they already talked to the manager and this is what he was willing to do. I asked several times for their insurance information. They said they didnt have that kind of information, which is why i wanted to talk to someone higher up.

Please get some bigger tvs, this day and age you can buy a 40 inch TV for like a hundred bucks, there's no reason for there to be a tiny little 24 inch TV in these rooms. Also the refrigerator was subpar

Blood on furniture in the hallway. Weird stains on the dresser/tv stand in room. Hallway smelled like marijuana. Broken furniture. Room smelled horrible, pee in the toilet before we got there. Windows dirty / covered in a scale. Pool closed. Ended up not staying there. Waiting on a refund

We asked twice for our room to be cleaned and the bed to be changed and it wasn't. The sign in the bathroom states to ask if you want the room cleaned before the 3 days, we did and it wasn't. Housekeeping missed out on the tip because we had to ask for fresh towels as well. It's unsanitary to reuse towels due to bacteria forming on the fibers.

The room was not clean dirty linens dirty carpet smelled of mold bathtub and shower curtain were extremely dirty fruit flies in bathroom they had drug addicts staying there and there was a woman running around in her panties and tube top.

Half of the lights didn’t work in the room. The sink and toilet water were brown/yellow. Bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. Overall kind of dingy and not super clean.

Rooms are very dated and not so clean
