The room was very clean
Not enough wash cloths in bathroom
No microwave in room
Location.
Location, restaurant,
Facility.
Flooring between toilet and shower was coming up and wet under it.
Room 530.
I like the location. It was in the middle of where I needed to be. Kia from my check in and Christian from early morning went above and beyond. Superb hospitality all around. The attached restaurant was recommended and it did not disappoint.
Would love to have microwave in room. Lightning in bathroom over vanity was too dim for applying my makeup.
The restaurant service was not good I see they cater more to the outside guest more then the one's that actually staying at the hotel. And the wash cloths was so dingy and dirty looking i should have took a picture, lucky I travel with my throw away face towels other then that the say good and as we was leaving the were a big water bug in the corner of the room when we open the door it started running up wall thank GOD 🙏🏾he did not crawl on us while we was asleep 🙂
This hotel was very clean and Karla was so friendly. I recommend this hotel.
Nice location to everything. The staff were very friendly.
I believe the woman at the front desk who worked the morning/day shift on Friday (1/30/26) and Saturday (1/31/26) her name is Jasmine. She was super duper AMAZING and deserves a MILLION stars for her exceptional service. It was extremely COLD and despite the frustrations of a lot of places in the area being closed due to weather conditions, she had a very positive attitude and a vibrant personality. She also went out of her way to accommodate guests. Thank you, Jasmine. Also, the Mexican restaurant at the hotel, Dos Amigos, was to die for! Amazing food, amazing servers and owners who provided top tier service and the prices were unbeatable. We’ll be back!
The bed was nice and the room was clean
Breakfast was a mess cold muffins apples and coffee not good at all.
3/5 Stars
Half the lighting in my room wasn't working, which was frustrating. However, Jasmine at the front desk provided excellent service and made my stay enjoyable despite the issue.
The location was convenient. The evening staff was nice.
The toilet leaked internally and refilled the tank loudly every 60-90 seconds all night. The staff could have cared less when I told them in the morning. The fridge had a giant block of ice accumulating in it. The floors were bubbling from past leaks. The TV was programmed in Spanish. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels (in the area)that were much nicer.
