Swimming pool was so full of chemicals eye burned and skin sore.
We had booked our stay well in advance but the hotel cancelled at the last minute. When I rebooted the prices had increased over $150

Great stay with amazing staff!
Pros:

Super friendly and accommodating staff, lovely pool and nice room.

Cons:

Lots of dust and cobwebs in room some smashed tiles that needed replacing etc but didn’t spoil our time there.

Pros:

The restaurant staff and the manager were very friendly and always tried their best to make us feel comfortable during dinner and breakfast. The service was warm, attentive, and made our stay more pleasant.

Cons:

We had to call three times to get our rooms cleaned.

The worst experience was the swimming pool. On the first day, as soon as we entered the pool, we felt some itching. I asked the pool attendant, and he said the pH level was balanced. However, after coming out of the pool, we noticed small skin burns on both children and adults in sensitive areas, so we made a complaint.

On the second day, they informed us that everything was fixed, so we went again, but it was the same. My kids ended up with wounds, and we had to get medicine for them. Still, they are suffering from the skin irritation caused by the pool.

Het tweepersoonsbed was erg ruim, de badkamer was mooi en de douche was erg prettig. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en meedenkend.

Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Big swimming pool. Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet is good with variety of options. Staff were really friendly.
