Good for a stay if you plan on doing the national parks.
Pros:

Loved the close proximity to the safaris at Yala. The pool area was nice.

Cons:

Looks better online that in person but still beautiful and facilities were a bit run down but not bad at all.

Has the potential to be excellent but not quite there for our stay
Pros:

The pool was good size and plenty of sunbeds. The bed size was great.
Breakfast was ok.
The room was good size and bathroom good size

Cons:

No towels in our room when we checked in.
The bedsheets had marks on them.
The pillow cases were not on well so could see the pillow inside which was brown!
There was a man at the buffet eating off of the serving spoons for each tray and putting them back and other people were using the same spoon. Not so hygienic. We paid 8000 LKR to have the dinner buffet an were very disappointed as the quality of the food for the price was not great and a real mosh mash of food that didn’t really go together, 4000 each for this buffet is way overpriced and we feel a little cheated!

Fort déçu
Pros:

L'emplacement est assez proche du Parc, par contre je n'ai pas du tout aimé l'hôtel. C'est très petit, on est arrivé le soir et cet hôtel est très sombre en décor et luminosité le soir. Le personnel était accueillant à l'arrivée.
Mais le repas fut une déception totale. Je n'ai pas su quoi manger. Les plats chauds étaient froids, pas vraiment bons, le service à table d'une lenteur sans nom. Tout un monde pour avoir un verre d'eau avec des glaçons. Je l'ai reçu quand j'avais terminé de manger.
La climatisation est beaucoup trop forte. C'est pour tomber malade.
J'ai été fort déçue.

Cons:

Le style, la taille, on ne peut pas se balader dans l'hôtel. Il se résume à la piscine et le restaurant et réception.
Trop sombre le soir.
Personnel pas organisé.
On nous a fait revenir du Safari Parce qu'ils ont oublié de nous faire payer un coca du repas que nous pensions être compris.

Good location for access to National Park.
Good size room with balcony overlooking the grounds/pool.

Cons:

On arrival, another guest warned me of the pool chemicals irritating eyes, skin, mouth, burnt tongue. Unfortunately, it was still the case when I swam the following day. Pool was otherwise a good facility at the hotel, but needs safe water maintenance. For anyone with mobility issues, note there no lifts to rooms on upper floors.

No hot water in 3 of the rooms booked for our stay.
Swimming pool was so full of chemicals eye burned and skin sore.
We had booked our stay well in advance but the hotel cancelled at the last minute. When I rebooted the prices had increased over $150

Great stay with amazing staff!
Pros:

Super friendly and accommodating staff, lovely pool and nice room.

Cons:

Lots of dust and cobwebs in room some smashed tiles that needed replacing etc but didn’t spoil our time there.
