The room was great and pretty quiet even with the highway very close and the SXSW concerts. The employees were very nice and helpful
Wifi was very bad and almost impossible to use, which is very bothering when you need to work.
Breakfast was not as good as in other hotels I've been in Austin

Restaraunt was very good, the staff were very friendly.
The Wi-Fi was very slow and dropped constantly. My VPN repeatedly warned me about an unstable or suspicious network.
Went for sxsw. All staff was on point ,communicative and efficient with loading and unloading my things for events! Staff was visibly busy but content and didn’t skip a beat
I stayed here last week and left two pairs of suit pants behind. I spent four days chasing the staff for an update, only to be met with broken promises of "callbacks" and total confusion over their own lost-and-found policies. When one staff finally responded that my items "can't be found", he offered zero empathy, a massive attitude, and threatened to hang up on me for being frustrated by their incompetence. Please stay somewhere else unless you want to be treated poorly.
The location is great and the rooms are very spacious (we upgraded to a corner room). It’s also got unique character and style. The lobby manager was very nice. I saw him going around, picking up people’s trash, and saying good morning to everyone with a smile which I thought added a nice personal touch. The barista was also very nice.
The front desk staff on Friday night was very rude. We were here for SXSW so I take it he must’ve had a difficult day. I had asked the hotel in advance if I could deliver something to the hotel for pickup and they said it was absolutely no problem. I saw that my parcel had arrived earlier in the day so I told the guy at the front desk that I was here to pick up a parcel. He was very irritated with me and said dismissively “I don’t know what that means. What’s a parcel”. I said “a package, I have a package for pickup up.” He said “what’s a package. I don’t know what that means” and so I tried again and said “a delivery. I have ordered a delivery for pick up and I saw it arrived earlier today.” He rolled his eyes at me, sighed, and was like “ugh, fine follow me”. He couldn’t find my parcel/package/delivery so I asked if I could take a look. He did let me take a look but kept looking at his phone and said very impatiently “how much longer are you going to be”. I couldn’t find it and felt very pressured to leave quickly so he took my info down and said he would contact me if they found the item. I ended up apologizing profusely to him because he made me feel like such a burden to him. And maybe I was because I understand they were probably very busy due to SXSW, but I feel like the correct response would have simply been “hey, we are a little busy right now but perhaps if you come in the morning, we would have more time to help” instead of playing games and pretending not to know what a “parcel” or “package” means and giving me major attitude.
In any event, I returned to the front desk first thing in the morning and the gentleman was very kind and helped me find my delivery within 3 minutes.
There were also a few issues with the room which is why I gave it a 3 stars. The housekeeper didn’t come, the bathroom light doesn’t work, the sheets and blanket are too thin for my liking, and the shower doesn’t really get hot. Not the end of the world, and overall I was mostly satisfied with the price and the location, but that is why I had to give it a 3 stars.
Zeb displayed amazing customer service when I came to check in. From start to finish the stay was fantastic.
This was our second time at the hotel and we had a fabulous time. We came for the Lady Gaga Mayhem Ball but decided to extend our time to make a little trip out of it. Check in/check out process was smooth and hospitable. We had exceptional service from Mikey in valet he assisted us with our luggage and check out process. We will be back for sure!
