Pros:

The customer service was excellent, and every employee we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. We loved the fun atmosphere and unique décor throughout the hotel. The food, coffee, and our room were all great. We especially enjoyed spending time at the pool and relaxing outdoors. The location was also perfect, and we were able to walk to many Food trucks and Lady Bird Lake for Kayaking.

Cons:

The parking fee caught us by surprise and felt a bit expensive at $50 per night. However, everything else about our stay was so enjoyable that it made up for it. Since we were able to walk to many places nearby, we didn't end up needing to use our vehicle much.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

I was really disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the parking fee—$50 per night just to park at a hotel where we had already paid around $300 for our stay. RIDICULOUS! That money could have gone toward activities we actually wanted to enjoy during our trip. Charging guests that much for parking comes across as greedy. The room was also much smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was misleading. The pool wasn't as nice as expected, and the carpet in the room smelled old and musty, making the room feel less clean and well-maintained. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
