The hotel met my expectations.

Excellent hospitality
Pros:

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of downtown Austin. Very convenient for a first time visitor to the city. The staff was very friendly and recommended activities for us during our stay. Valet parking service is excellent and the staff outdid themselves with exceptional service. I would highly recommend this hotel for its quality hospitality!

Stupid rules what staff never explained like breakfast coupon what is only good for 2 people even though we booked it for 3. Next to the pool there is an old inside pool what they turned into a restaurant. The bartender was very rude. He said they are not open, even though the door was open. I said to him we just want to look around he said no, we cannot do that because they are closed.

There are not enough elevators for this size, it's actually a safety hazard.

A hotel like this should have few electric car chargers.
