Stay was great - employees could use training
Pros:

The location was great. The location of the parking garage was connected to hotel it was great.

Cons:

The staff - needs training in customer service. One person profiled me according to where I come from (city). He said he could just tell and I had that vibe something about "where I came from" he could just tell. My response to him was " please don't say that". He proceeded to tell me he knows I am not use to paying for parking (because where I came from) but here in Austin we have to pay for parking!!! I was and still am very offended. Renaissance do better in training your employees. One more thing - the ice machine was locked on the floor I was staying at, never could get ice.

Pros:

Everything was nice, I would like to address that is very important for the check in clerk at the front desk lets every guest know if they are entitled to breakfast to have a voucher, I recently stayed there I was not given mines and had to ask for it myself till next day. Housekeeping was very nice and attentive, also I did valet parking and all the employeesvery nice and with a good happy spirit. .

Cons:

Needs to pay attention and explain a little more to every client as where everything is located and explain very well about breakfast included with your stay.
