El personal muy atento y servicial

Cons:

Mala gestión del desayuno, con el hotel lleno el horario de fin muy temprano generó aglomeración y falta de capacidad de respuesta para cumplir.
Dos días me quedé sin desayuno por el desastre generado al llegar toda la gente al mismo tiempo produciendo un desastre de suciedad y desorden

it was alright needs alot of upgrade

the staff was really friendly thats the only good things about this place. for been a western plus

Cons:

they need to upgrade there furniture is all scratch felling down i though a western plus would of be more nice but it wasnt at all the breakfast is just horrible. the curtins in the rooms dont close all the way . also need better painting in the bathrooms it looks lik they just paint over the other paint no bueno for there prices theu need to do better
