Não gostei do facto de estar um calor imenso na cidade e quando nos limparam o quarto por dois dias seguidos, tirarem o cartão que estava a ativar o ar condicionado do quarto!
Desapareceram com o cartão e tínhamos coisas no frigo bar que também ficaram quentes além do quarto ficar uma sauna!

Llamé una semana antes de ir y me garantizaron por telefono que me reservavan una habitación con cama doble. Hice la reserva por booking con la petición en comentarios de que fuese cama doble.

Al llegar, la noche de cumpleaños de mi pareja, nos dijeron que ya habiam asignado las habitaciones y no els quedaban camas dobles. No nos quedamos a dormir, pues no es por lo que haviamos pagado tanto dinero para reservar.

El hotel no ha querido devolvernos el dinero de la reserva todavia. Recomiendo no ir ni reservar ni fiarse de su gestión.
