Restauración insuficiente
Pros:

La buena ubicación, para ir a la universidad, y la amplitud y comodidad

Cons:

La restauración. Llegué por la noche y no daban cena en el hotel. Me dieron dos papeles de envío de pizza a domicilio y me dijeron que había también un Frankfurt en la villa universitaria. No había ningún sitio ni siquiera donde tomar un café o un refresco. Es como estar en un camping, ir a comprar al supermercado para comer en la habitación. El desayuno según parece el fin de semana empieza a las 8, no a las 7. Cómo no lo vi, compré la habitación con desayuno, y no pude desayunar. No me ofrecieron devolverme el importe, sino prepararme un picnic de desayuno para llevar, que finalmente tampoco me prepararon. Claramente la restauración es insuficiente. Deberían avisarlo muy claro en el momento de la reserva, para que uno al menos haga sus previsiones

Bad.
Pros:

Bed was fine.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the bathroom, even after I told the staff to check it. They simply didn’t care and I had to shower with freezing water. This is simply unacceptable.
Too much light in the room and no way to solve it.

Necessitat d’una bona actualització
Pros:

El tracte del personal de recepció, professional i impecable. Bona qualitat al menjador i al buffet de l’esmorzar.

Cons:

Molesta molt que no puguis parlar en català al restaurant i a la cafeteria. Vàrem tenir mooolts problemes amb el sistema d’obertura de portes i amb la tarjeta magnètica (a les dues habitacions). Vam haver de fer canvi de claus 4 vegades. Molest també. És un sistema que, potser, s’haurien de plantejar renovar per estar obsolet…

Agraïts al personal de recepció per la seva resposta als problemes freqüents amb el sistema d’obertura de les portes de l’habitació.

Cons:

Els panys i les aixetes de la dutxa necessiten renovar-se ja, al més aviat possible. Quan vols fer-te una dutxa, no saps a quina temperatura obres l’aigua, i acabes cremant-te… És una llàstima que un establiment d’aquesta vàlua, desmereixi per no renovar els equipaments quan correspon
