From checking in at the front desk the vibe of our stay was set. Very polite, courteous service. We will definitely stay here again. Tre asked why I was visiting and my original plans for my visit to Denver fell through. Tre was incredibly kind, understanding and personable. He really helped me out when he didn’t have to. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism.
Tre was an absolutely amazing first glance into this experience. He was super bubbly and friendly, had very good knowledge of fun experiences nearby, and was extremely fast working and respectful. His help alone has kicked this experience off to a great start.
Brittany was amazing. She was so helpful and helped us as a friend would. I will never forget my experience here because of Brittany!!
Front Desk supervisor Tre James went above and beyond to accomodate changes to our reservation. As someone who spends 100+ nights a year staying at hotels, I am a pretty good judge of all things hospitality and I don't hesitate to say that Tre is among the most pleasant hotel staff that I have encountered. I stayed there with my fiancé and was very disappointed in regards to the whirlpool not being available because it is advertised on your site however, Tre the supervisor front desk Supervisor had comped us breakfast and parking and it was much appreciated because I was really looking forward to relaxing the weekend in your hot tub. Also was funny he was personable. I can see why he’s a Supervisor great job Tre. Thanks for making our experience there with your hotel. Want to remember

Originally made my reservation for 2 suites using the Marriott app. On date of arrival requested early check in and received notification that rooms were ready via email. Called the hotel directly to confirm rooms were ready and also to verify the rooms were either connected, next door or across the hall from each other. Told the rooms were across the room from each other, only to determine upon arrival the information we were provided was incorrect. In order to secure rooms that were remotely close to one another we had to downgrade to regular rooms and were only provided a $15 per night “discount “. In addition, we were told would be comped breakfast for our trouble. Upon checkout the general manager, Ashley Martinez, refused to believe that we had been told breakfast would be comped and it was only because the rep that was present when checked in appeared and was able to verify. The general manager kept saying “if I decide to remove any charges”, it will be at discretion. She was rude the entire time and kept reminding me of her power to decide how the bill would be handled. Bottom line, don’t stay at this location and it you are told something will be comped, get it in writing! I am a Marriott Gold Elite member and I have never had such a terrible experience!!
Great location and rooms nice and roomy. rooms. Staff were very friendly. There are several restaurants nearby as well.
