I usually go for visiting family and the hotel is a nice warm place to stay.

Dated hotel, customer service not great
Pros:

Don’t normally write reviews, my experience with Marriott brands is usually great. This time, not so great. Upon check in, room was extremely hot, and was not cooling down, asked for a different room. Was sent to a room that had industrial fans running in it and had an awful chemical smell. Moved to another room that was fine, cool, but TV was on its last leg, blue tint. Went to workout in morning, the lone treadmill open, didn’t work. When it rains it pours! Additionally, asked for 2 extra pillows on arrival, and was given confirmation my request was received, but they never showed up.

I’ve stayed here before, and it was a good experience. Hopefully some updates and changes can be made!

Above and beyond
Pros:

I brought my husband here to recover from surgery and the staff and been incredibly kind and helpful. Big shout out to the front desk staff, Tanya and Jess who secured us a complementary upgrade and never failed to ask if we need anything. Housekeeping also did an outstanding job. The reason we are bonvoy members is because of excellence in service like this hotel demonstrates.

Pros:

From checking in at the front desk the vibe of our stay was set. Very polite, courteous service. We will definitely stay here again. I loved the signature touch of my name on the T.V. offering a warm welcome. I am a local realtor and I love when other businesses make it a point to make your experience feel special. Happy Visit
Pros:

You have a great staff here at this location. Everybody was warm and welcoming. The hotel was very clinging nice to see you’re doing some upgrades the carpeting and such definitely needed to be replaced. It’s in a great central location. I’m would absolutely stay here again.

Tre is awesome
Pros:

Tre asked why I was visiting and my original plans for my visit to Denver fell through. Tre was incredibly kind, understanding and personable. He really helped me out when he didn’t have to. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism.

Tre was an absolutely amazing first glance into this experience. He was super bubbly and friendly, had very good knowledge of fun experiences nearby, and was extremely fast working and respectful. His help alone has kicked this experience off to a great start.
