The Restaurant had amazing food and the staff were very good at what they do.
Our TV in our room was governed to the point of ,we couldn't even use the HDMI 2 port to plug in our game console. Not everyone want to watch streaming stuff on their trip.
Clean quiet accommodation!!
Staff was prompt in dealing with issues.
For the price per night, I shouldn't be woken up at 9 by housekeeping, have to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues, and face security risks from broken security features on the door.
Room was extremely HOT!!!!
So good we went back the second night of our stay in Saskatoon! We had a great time together in the restaurant with cocktails, starters, pizzas and meals. They even brought over a complimentary amuse bouche of hummus and mini grilled pita- with a few veggie crudités for me as a gluten free option, and gluten free bread the second night.
The server's recommendations for gin combinations for the flight of gin and tonic were excellent, the service was friendly and careful with the gluten-free foods they brought my way!
Really good food in the restaurant.
Noisy heating unit that banged every time it came on. Loud music from the bar down the street. Really uncomfortable pillows.
Hotel was renovated in the last 5 years to a more upscale decor. Lounge was decent. They don’t have an M lounge but they do have a “pantry” on the 19th floor - can get coffee, sodas, fruit cup, cookies and other snakes. Toast available in morning as well.
Parkade is tight, don’t try and turn in if you parked out front first. Come around and come straight in from the street - otherwise can scratch vehicle.
Rooms were nice. Bed was on the firm side - if I was staying again I would be asking for a mattress topper to make it softer.

Location is scenic with the park and river next door. Parking was easy to access. Bar in the evening gave me a complimentary tea for my evening.
Super ind, friendly, and accommodating staff. In our predicament, it was paramount.
