Luxurious Tampa Styled Resort
Pros:

The Hotel Alba is luxury Tampa style. Everything from the airport shuttle to the incredible employees is truly exceptional service. The furniture and decor is perfect and reflects the Tampa Bay Area…the pool is luxurious with fluffy towels and cabanas with couches. The bartenders at the pool bar are friendly and welcoming…I have never been treated better by hotel staff during a difficult time for my family. Every night when I left the hospital, I felt like I was coming to a 5 star resort…outstanding management! BRAVO!

Friendly Staff, nice hotel.
Pros:

15 minutes from the airport, and a free shuttle to the Alba Hotel. Nice, clean entrance and room was comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful there. We ate at the Spaniard restaurant for breakfast, just okay nothing special. The pool area was relaxing. We will stay here again the next time we get to Tampa.

I like how my room was all the way in the corner to my right . Like I had my own little apartment.

Beds are super uncomfortable, smelly pillows with stained sheets and blanket with a big hole. The toilet tank sometimes stays empty like water system is defective. The bathroom sliding door has no lock and it slides open by itself. Definitely not acceptable. Breakfast not included.

I can’t believe the incredible reception I received by the staff. I felt special. Harena texted my phone personally and asked how my experience was. I thought it was an AI robot. The fact that you have real people reaching out to you at the establishment is sincerely the best thing ever. I am a small person who has no influence in the world and you treated me like royalty.

Good experience
Pros:

I stayed here with my daughter just before Christmas and really enjoyed the hotel overall. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were cordial and welcoming.
The only downside was the extremely large pillows, which made sleeping uncomfortable for all four nights, and the lack of an in-room kettle or water heater. We had to go down to the lobby each time to heat water using the microwave.
Aside from these minor issues, everything was very nice, and I would definitely visit again.
