Pros:

Beds are super uncomfortable, smelly pillows with stained sheets and blanket with a big hole. The toilet tank sometimes stays empty like water system is defective. The bathroom sliding door has no lock and it slides open by itself. Definitely not acceptable. Breakfast not included.

I like how they had their own person to work the elevator. That was new for me . Something you see in tv shows and movies

Pros:

The location was great. The food was good. I enjoyed an amazing day at the pool. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond. I will totally use you guys again and recommend you to others.

I can’t believe the incredible reception I received by the staff. I felt special. Harena texted my phone personally and asked how my experience was. I thought it was an AI robot. The fact that you have real people reaching out to you at the establishment is sincerely the best thing ever. I am a small person who has no influence in the world and you treated me like royalty.

Good experience
Pros:

I stayed here with my daughter just before Christmas and really enjoyed the hotel overall. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were cordial and welcoming.
The only downside was the extremely large pillows, which made sleeping uncomfortable for all four nights, and the lack of an in-room kettle or water heater. We had to go down to the lobby each time to heat water using the microwave.
Aside from these minor issues, everything was very nice, and I would definitely visit again.

A negative turned positive
Pros:

This review should have been negative, but because of a very professional staff member named Dailenys it won’t.

I stayed for a week at this hotel and kept house keeping to a minimum and when I did essentially request it during the day it fell on def ears. That evening when I returned the room was still not cleaned but only new towels was added. I called the front desk and within minutes Dailenys arrived politely & professionally. She heard our disappointment and complaint and without hesitation went to work on cleaning the room with a smile.

So this review is towards the staff that night and to Thank her for being professional
