Outstanding experience and great service!
Pros:

Terrific atmosphere, disabled room was nice especially the shower,
Very clean!
Front desk: Ms Harena took great care of me.
Martin at the Spanish restaurant was great.
Mike and other drivers took good care of me.
Sam the bartender was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and a great personality.
The food I ordered was very good, chicken sandwich and quesadillas were very very good.
One small wish is I would like a french dip if possible.
Overall a great resort hotel!
The supervisor was very very kind to this old Combat Veteran, ty Ma’am

Below Expectations – Cleanliness and Service Need Urgent Improvement
Pros:

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Alba in Tampa Bay.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The floors were so dirty that our socks turned completely black within minutes of walking around. Housekeeping service was disappointing. When it showed up at all, it was often not until the evening, and even then, the cleaning was rushed and careless. Often we hat to call several times until they finally showed up. Basic standards of cleanliness were simply not met.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the apparent indifference of the front desk staff. Our concerns did not seem to matter the lady at all, and there was little to no effort to resolve the issues.

Additionally, the breakfast service in the morning was very unfriendly. Being repeatedly addressed as “guys” as a guest is unprofessional and inappropriate, and it added to the overall negative impression of the service quality.

Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great stay ! Will come back !
Pros:

Free shuttle with the 3 mile radius . Help me a lot getting around . All the drivers and staff was nice and welcoming. I wish I had more cash to tip the shuttle drivers !!

Cons:

Didn’t have much accommodation in the lobby . Has one microwave near the bar that everyone wanted to use . Maybe adding more weights in the gym as well

Great first visit!
Pros:

The hotel was great overall. Everything looked new and renovated. Rooms were clean and organized. Staff was exceptional in terms of service they provided. The hotel had a complimentary shuttle service which was a plus.

Cons:

I would have liked if room service worked until midnight or a little later, especially on special event days.
