Nothing all is well
Hot as hell did not turn on AC when we entered the room it was 100° did not cool off till the next morning when we left

The hotel was under renovation which was not mentioned in the booking. I was told I could not have extra.towels because they did not have housekeeping my bed was broken and there was exposed wires.

Had a billing issue with a previous I s stay . Got billed twice for a second night stay. Was billed %114.02 twice with the same billing number front desk person said it wasn't his problem. I'm out 114.02.

They refused to use any other payment method than a card for a deposit and it was not listed that I even needed to pay an additional $75 deposit until we got to the hotel very inconvenient and couldn’t even get a refund
