Great location for first time visitor in downtown Vancouver
Pros:

It’s in a central location, within short walking distance to sky train, to airport in around 40 minutes

Cons:

Staff not attentive to need of client, e.g do not replace additional complimentary bottled water even though stay for few days

A wonderful stay at a fabulous hotel.
Pros:

Geoff on reception was brilliant and so helpful. My husband needed ice packs put in and retrieved from the freezer every day and Geoff arranged everything. He explained where everything was, how to get to places. He was kind, patient and super professional. The other staff (in reception and in the dining room) were also very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect!

Pros:

NIce shower and bathroom

Cons:

Outside noise and poor EV charging. It needs an app for Flo, and not everyone or tourists has one. It should be one more accesible in simple ways. maybe even charge a price, but with just a credit card. No apps needed in other countries. I would also like a nicer looking, simple cafe in the facilities, they had a ritzy one or a cubicle sort of cafe available .

A very enjoyable stay
Pros:

The location is fantastic, walking distance to excellent restaurants, an IGA supermarket, movie theatre, the art gallery & the Hop on Hop off bus & regular commuter buses stop out the front.
Apart from not getting my room serviced when requested, the facilities are clean, well maintained, and exactly what I was looking for.
The bed was very comfortable.
The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The WiFi is hopeless, took forever to load any document I needed for work. Only providing creamer for clients to make tea is not up to 2026 standard.

The staff, very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The minibar items like chips and chocolate bars were on the table, visible the whole time. Had to warn kids not to touch them a few times.

Great stay. Would go again despite hot water not working.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and incredible service. I felt like a queen staying here!

Cons:

No hot water. And nothing in return for the inconvenience of paying $300/night and no hot water.

Pros:

The property is very old and run down, quite different to when we first stayed there back in 2017. We liked it the first time that is why we booked for a return after nearly 10 years however it was disappointing!
