The location of the hotel is so convenient! Close to Robson street with tons of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is also dog friendly and the rooms are spacious.
The hotel is pet friendly, but the conditions of the "pet-friendly" room we were put in was pretty gross!! The carpet was so stained and dirty. We were charged a 40 CAD pet fee, which is a little bit of a joke considering the existing condition of the room.
Upgrade offered to a suite. Suite far exceeded what we expected. Large, comfortable and spotless.
Excellent location with good facilities and very comfortable rooms. A special mention must go to the Concierge for organising a ferry crossing when our existing booking looked in jeopardy.

Facilities are designed for maximum comfort. Pool size and water temperature are great. Plenty of clean towels at the pool.
Cleanliness. Pool water was not clean the first day I went. Shower wall had a large palm print that was never removed. Shower gel was not refilled after i placed the bottle in a conspicuous place to bring sttention to it. There was long dark hair on the bathroom floor after the room was cleaned. Dining room staff refused to serve dessert dish for breakfast as an exception.
