Just didn't hit the marks
Pros:

Bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.

Cons:

You could hear everything from the adjoining rooms and the heating system made an intermittent ticking sound throughout the entire stay. The noise from the street was constant and you heard ambulances frequently as there was a hospital nearby. The wifi was not good and even blocked WhatsApp messages from working. I had to get a local SIM card to get any decent internet.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The location to Robson Street and overall walkability to nearby restaurants was excellent and convenient especially during the wintertime.

Boutique Experience in the City
Pros:

Lovely hotel - 5 star experience. Rooms are big with nice bathrooms. Lobby is beautiful. Oyster bar and back bar are great too. Vida spa is amazing and right in the building
