Uitstekend luxe hotel op een centrale plek in Vancouver. Makkelijk aan te reizen vanuit de luchthaven met de metro. We hadden een suite geboekt en die stelde zeker niet teleur. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad via ramen van platfond tot de vloer. Kamer zelf was van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en zeer ruim en niet uitgeleefd wat je wel eens tegenkomt. Dagelijkse schoonmaak In het hotel zelf bevind zich een restaurant met veel keuze en tegenover het hotel nog 2 goede restaurants (reserveren wel aanbevolen). Vanuit het hotel is veel op loopafstand te bereiken.
Eigenlijk niets - ze maken de 5-sterren waar.

There was a great young guy who knew my breakfast order each day in the restaurant who was exceptional. I would like to mention him as highly recommended as he was very professional, courteous and empathetic.
We had an electrical shutdown on the second night which was not ideal. I also had to extend my stay due to illness on the day of my departure by a few hours (midday to 5pm) and I felt the price was extortionate. It was a fifth of my total hotel fee for the 17 days I was there which was ridiculous

EDIT based on hotel response: Contrary to what the hotel said (i.e. they were not given the opportunity to address and resolve my concerns), I had emailed and gotten back to Kevin (Manager on Duty) during my stay and suggested ways to improve my experience but there was no reply at all. I struggle to see how this is good customer service.
We stayed at the suite for a family of 3. I specifically requested for setting up the sofa bed when we arrived as we were checking in late at night given flight schedule. We found out that the bed was poorly made with no suitable blanket. We called housekeeping and they said nobody was able to accommodate our request as it was late.
Also, the air conditioner in the bedroom was very noisy. It’s almost impossible to get a good night sleep.
This hotel was very overrated due to location.

The biggest Plus is the location. I like how old world architecture means new. The amenities are also another great feature.
