Not quite 5 star hotel
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to most places. Rooms not bad, bed in one room was very uncomfortable , it had a dip in it. Didn’t find staff overtly friendly. We wer fit even asked how was our stay . A little cold

Excellent concierge (informative and efficient), Location was very convenient to sightsee and to get to quality restaurants, Wonderful restaurant on the premises

Cons:

Attempted twice via e-mail and in person to upsell me for a room upgrade (get into the suite early if I paid more) which I could get for free as a Genius member, Room curtains were stained/carpet was dirty, Motion-detection under-cabinet bathroom lighting was too bright and on for too long, air-conditioner is noisy

Wspaniały hotel, bardzo dobre położenie. Wszędzie blisko na piechotę. W ppbliżu wiele sklepów, kawiarni i restauracji. Bardzo ładny pokój, z pieknym widokiem (my byliśmy na 18 pietrze). Bardzo czysty. Bardzo dobra obsługa. Znakomity internet. W lobby urządzenie do napełniania wody (również gazowanej!). W łazience kosmetyki znakomitej firmy Occitane.
