Otel konumu güzeldi. High Point fuar alanına yakındı.

Cons:

Odada böcekler vardı. Resepsiyona bilgi verdik ertesi gün gerekli temizliğin yapıldığını önlemlerin alındığını söylediler. Maalesef odada yine böceklerle karşılaştık. Sonra odayı değiştirdiler fakat bu konuyla ilgili müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı ücret iadesi gibi bir işlem yapmadılar.

Who were the editor to celebrate my granddaughter's sweet sixteen and her competition with battles of bands. , Our check-in was pleasant. The staff was great, very accommodating.. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I also like that. They had separate rooms on the opposite side of the building for people with pets and for smokers., And we didn't have to encounter any of them.

Cons:

I didn't like that we got woke up at 5am, by random people knocking on our door. Young teenagers unsupervised in the hallways. We also had random people claiming that they were part of our family and had management knocking on our door because of the constant disturbance that they were creating. They were also young people , not sure if they were teenagers claiming to be with my son and they were doing things that they didn't have any business doing.

Breakfast was very slack, low selection of fruit only apples and oranges, there were no meats, no bagel spread, no eggs for breakfast.

1 or 2 black ants were on the bathroom sink when we got to the room.
