Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

Gabby was extremely helpful and friendly when we called and asked if a room upgrade was available. We were able to upgrade with ease. She was also very welcoming and accommodating when we arrived.

“Won’t be coming back ever again.”
Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

The room smells bad, is very damp and humid, has poor soundproofing, and there is too much noise from the air conditioner and other sources.

Pros:

I loved that my grandson and his friends were able to get up and have breakfast at the hotel then go to the room and get their boogie boards and go to the beach right outside of the hotel, no crossing the road. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool and it was nice to have the choice to eat dinner there too.

Cons:

The restaurant food (breakfast) could use some improvement. The dinner menu was very limited to seafood with a Hawaiian flare.

One night would be my max to stay in that damp room
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, though we were given a mattress pad as a blanket. The room was very tiny, damp and humid. The a/c worked great but you’d freeze cause of the room being so small. There was only 1 old chair to sit in. The night stands were sticky and tacky but the worse was after a couple of days, the wall was turning brown, looked like some sort of mold issue. There was a used diaper that Sat on a rock in the parking lot for days. There was dog poo in various areas of the hotel, and though that’s the owner’s fault, the staff didn’t clean it up. My husband and I were on the 1st floor, and outside is a balcony then a patch of rocks. I had to clean up after someone else’s dog that used the rocks for its business. I felt clammy and dirty while there and will never book there again.

Pros:

I liked that it was a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

The first room we got had a roach in it and we showed the front desk people and they said all the rooms on the first floor have roaches. they also tried to make me pay the pet fee again when i already paid it once, and i had to break down the receipt to them. They also told us they had no dollys but we later found some in the hotel.
