Decently okay, but not outstanding
Pros:

Location is without dispute, best closest to the Capitol. Room was renovated, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I was accommodated with my request to have a room with a bathtub. I was prepared with bath salts, but was disappointed, because the water was merely lukewarm. I was also disappointed that it took me three phone calls urgently requesting the return of a trench coat that I left in my room, even though I called on the day that I checked out.

Pool is closed, Bar closes early, and the coffee shop wasn't opened in the morning
Pros:

This hotel has a great location and the bed was wonderful. However, the place was dead! We had hoped to swim because the hotel advertises an indoor pool but here were black tarps up at the door and gym window. We also found that the cafe and bar weren't opened during the advertised hours. I would stay at this hotel again because I slept well but I was disappointed in how the amenities were advertised and managed.

i love the valet
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience with the valet today. My valets were Benjamin, Tai, Emilio, and Liban. We had some issues the night before with valet, but this morning the team was preforming like a well oiled machine. They had a lot of people waiting for their cars. Despite that the cars were coming here quickly and smoothly.

Great service especially the valet
Pros:

Hotel was very nice and clean! Service was very excellent and I was greeted by valet Samy when I first arrived and he helped with my bags to my room and was quick to get my car back to me. Would definitely come back and recommend for the great service!

Loved the room. Bed and was comfy and room clean. Loved that it had the skywalk attached to the Lansing Convention Cente
Pros:

The staff was absolutely fantastic! The staff at the front and the staff in the dining room were superb!

Cons:

Waiting until we arrived to tell us the pool was down. I’m glad there was still a fitness room.

I would come again
Pros:

Close to the capitol. Room was nice, shower was nice. Staff was nice

Cons:

The restaurant was lacking. Not many choices, not good choices for gluten free. Breakfast bar wasn’t very good. Service however was good

Great hotel for a business stay with easy access to Lansing attractions.
Pros:

Staff at time of check-in and check-out were great and incredibly helpful in answering questions. The hotel was attached by walkway to the conference center I was visiting. The room was clean with no off smells. The room was also well decorated, with nice/comfortable beds and the bathroom was huge. Loved it.

Cons:

It was difficult to "scroll" through the TV channels as I was unable to find a channel guide. Otherwise all was good.
