The location.
The bed. It felt rock hard to us because it’s so firm. We sleep on a foam mattress at home.
The young lady at front desk deserves a raise she was bombarded and she stayed calm and handled it
Everything was wonderful
The hostess was friendly and accommodating. Technology for the hotel keys was being transitioned, so had a bad experience attempting to get in the building and into our room. Room was cold when we arrived. When attempting to change the temp we discovered it was “locked” so we couldn’t make any changes.
Minor detail, the bathroom sink was cracked. Was pleased with the variety of breakfast choices , but some of the food was not at proper temperature. Sausage gravy was Luke warm.
Unfortunately I would leave zero stars if I could. This place is disgusting. After requesting a room change because the first one had a musty smell, we were greeted by the rudest front desk reception person, got another room and there WAS A TICK IN OUR BED. We checked out after only being there 5 hours and they wouldn't give us a refund. After emailing the manager multiple times and speaking with the customer service, no one resolved anything except a generic "I'm sorry email" to which I'm sure they will use the same template to reply again. Save your money and please stay at the Hilton right behind it. I also was in town for a funeral which made no difference to them. Please see attached photo of tick. And no best Western you will no get a chance to make it right because my family gave you at least three chances.

A little outdated and dirty, felt pricing was a little too high for that reason
Clean and comfortable, front desk ataff was happy to help with issues
Had to ask for give sets of key cards because they didn’t work and breakfast staff was more interested in chatting with front desk than refilling coffee.
