my room didn't get vacuumed it got vacuumed 1 in 4weeks I stayed I filled out a maintance request on the sink drains

Very nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and an excellent variety.
The surprise chicken noodle soup the night we checked in was an extremely pleasant surprise!

Filthy chairs in the lobby. It’s kind of hard to overlook.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, except the syrup was full of horrible ingredients.

Cons:

The lobby had too many tacky Halloween decorations. The upholstered chairs were very dirty. The business center did not have chairs to sit on while at the desk.
The lamps in our room had shades that were too short and let the lightbulbs hang down and glare in your eyes while you tried to watch TV on the bed. Management claimed “nobody else has ever complained.” Maintenance did replace bulbs with low er wattage lightbulbs.
