Location was excellent for the central transport hub and close to Old Town.

The route from the lobby to the room is not straightforward and involves twists and multiple elevators.

Pros:

Room was too dusty, triggered my allergies. Room were too small for two people. Staff was positive but they were insisting on talking German even though I told them I didn’t speak German for so many times. It was hard to communicate.

Hotel an sich ok, Personal müsste besser geschult und kundenorientierter sein
Pros:

Zuerst das Positive: Lage sehr zentral, Zimmer und Allgemeinbereiche nett ausgestattet. Frühstück exzellent.

Cons:

Das Negative: Anreise mit dem Auto trotz Parkplatz-Reservierung vom Personal extrem unangemessen gehandhabt. Musste auf der Fahrbahn vorm Hotel lange stehen bleiben, weil man zuerst die Kaution für die Parkkarte bezahlen und zusätzlich noch ein Formular ausfüllen muss. Auf die Frage, ob ich nicht zuerst das Auto von der Fahrbahn wegbringen könne, erhielt ich langatmige Erklärungen, dass das nicht vorgesehen sei. Zudem wollte man mich verpflichten, eine Email bekannt zu geben, was nicht der DSGVO entspricht. Insgesamt kein besonders professionelles Verhalten des Personals. Auch leider ein Zimmer erhalten, in welchem die Lüftungsanlage die ganze Nacht laut zu hören war.
