Wrócimy bo bylo naprawde dobrze.
Pros:

Dobrze przygotowany rodzinny hotel. Profesjonalny zespół. Bardzo duza narciarnia. Wystarczajaco duzy parking, dobre sniadania i obiadokolacje.

amazing staff and appliances, weird always-on light and broken thermostat
Pros:

i liked the location, very convenient for skiing, the included breakfast was amazing and the room really exceeded our expectations in design and appliances. we found the spa to be very well kept and the staff to be very helpful when it came to monitor unattended kids to avoid them jumping in the pool (not their job but they still did it)

Cons:

there was a permanent light on just outside the windows, the curtains didn't cover the whole window, the only way of blocking it was to use the blinds that blocked sunlight too. the thermostat was broken too and even when we left it at 12° we found it at 20 when we got back and the perceived temperature was even higher

Dobre miejsce dla osób przyjeżdżających samochodem i chcących korzystać z pełnego wyżywienia.
Pros:

Personel gastronomiczny i sprzątający bardzo miły. Wyposażenie pokoju wystarczające. Dostępność parkingu i przechowywalni sprzętu na plus. Wyciskarki do soków na śniadaniach wyśmienite.

Cons:

Obsługa na recepcji- przyjechaliśmy dzień wcześniej i chcieliśmy spędzić dzień w SPA, po godzinie 10 było zamknięte i Pani z recepcji z dużym niezadowoleniem włączyła światło na basenie (w przebieralniach, toaletach i saunach było ciemno). Gdy poszłam dopytać o resztę udogodnień to powiedziano mi, że włączą dopiero po południu więc nie mieliśmy możliwości skorzystania m.in. z saun. Druga sytuacja- wzięliśmy pokój typu deluxe i kazano nam zapłacić za wypożyczenie szlafroków (inni klienci w pokojach typu suite nie mieli takiej opłaty, a na koniec chciano nas policzyć za większą ilość niż wypożyczyliśmy...). Na śniadaniach byliśmy posadzeni osobno w innych pomieszczeniu niż reszta klientów (dla dziecka nie było to komfortowe). Animacje- Pani siedziała i to na tyle- zero inicjowania zabawy, integracji grupy. Winda- 1, właściwie nie do użytkowania, nie zatrzymywała się pomiędzy piętrami tylko jeździła góra i dół wydłużając znacząco czas przemieszczania się pomiędzy piętrami. W pokoju wanna z jacuzzi- świetna sprawa, gdyby nie to, ze jakaś uszczelka nie trztmała i zalewała 1/3 łazienki.

Pros:

Nonostante l'aver soggiornato in tre, c'era spazio a sufficienza per tutti e per tutto, sia dentro che fuori sul balconcino.
Camera pulita, così come il bagno, e sfruttamento degli spazi ottimale.
La possibilità di usufruire dei servizi piscina e spa (inclusi) sono ovviamente un plus.

Cons:

In bagno: ventola non presente o non funzionante (non lo abbiamo capito); bidet troppo piccolo; poco spazio per la gestione degli asciugamani.
In camera: mancanza di pattine per il cliente che si scorda le ciabatte a casa (come nel nostro caso).

Predivno iskustvo u vrhunskom hotelu, preporučujem svakome tko želi mir, čistoću i komfort.
Pros:

Odlična lokacija, na mirnom mjestu, hotel je smješten izvan strogog centra, ali pored svih sadržaja. Čistoća na vrhunskom nivou, osiguran parking, udoban smještaj, za svaku pohvalu sve.
Prostrani tuševi, udobni kreveti. Ljubazno osoblje, sve je jako dobro organizirano i isplanirano. Vrhunski alpski ugođaj.
Hotel je ispunio sva moja očekivanja i više od toga, i zaista imate moju veliku preporuku.
Ocjena 10/10 i kad bi postojala veća ocjena, zaslužio bi najvišu ocjenu.

Cons:

Dodala bih kućne ogrtače i jednokratne papuče u svakoj sobi, kako bi odlazak u bazen i spa zonu bio ugodniji.
