Un très bel établissement calme, confortable, idéalement situé et avec un service top !
Pros:

Une chambre avec sauna et baignoire absolument magnifique et très confortable !
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal et le personnel très pro 😊

Cons:

À améliorer : la facturation des bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre est selon moi une erreur commerciale pour l’hôtellerie de ce standing.

A truly Nordic-sensory experience!
Pros:

The hotel was so different to what I’ve experienced before - thoroughly Nordic; mood lighting throughout the hotel and rooms and unusual but lovely throat-style music playing - a very sensory experience!

Großartig und absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Es war ein wunderschönes und außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Das Hotel hat ein wirklich tolles, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll im Lapland-Style, es gibt ein kleines, süßes Gym, gutes Essen und natürlich unser Zimmer mit eigener privater Sauna!

Cons:

Alles war toll, minimal zu bemängeln allerdings auch nur wenn man wirklich nach einer Sache sucht, die Glas-Tür zur Toilette ist etwas schwergängig und die Sauna und die Dusch-Tür im Zimmer ist beim schließen etwas laut und knallt gegen die Wand!

The check-in experience was fantastic, and I really appreciated the room change.

Cons:

I checked out of my hotel and was heading to Helsinki Central Station for my return flight, but right in front of me there was a Penkkarit parade taking place.
I had planned to go by tram, but none of the trams were running at all. In the end, I had no choice but to walk for more than 30 minutes to get there.

I really wish I had been informed about this in advance.

Merveilleux hôtel qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes : superbe décoration tant dans les chambres que le reste de l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, la restauration et le bar au top.
Le personnel est au top également.

An excellent stay
Pros:

Wonderful experience.
Most importantly: a big thank you to the staff at the reception for going above and beyond in accommodating my dietary requests - this hotel was the first one ever in my long experience in staying at different hotels across the country that was willing to help me. This alone is why next time I’m in Helsinki I will choose to that there.

The room was very good - spacious, comfortable, great selection of soaps, shampoos etc.

I loved the sauna in my room and the fact that the bathroom/sauna area had a speaker in the ceiling and I could listen to my content when I was there. A very pleasant addition.

Room air temperature was just right, great lighting, too.

I loved how the tv screen showed me everything I needed to know about Finland, sauna tradition, etc. If I wasn’t familiar with the country or the region, I would say that from this alone I would’ve learned a lot.

Breaking was wonderful - great selection and I loved how late they were serving it - I had a flight the night before and it allowed me to rest and have my breakfast without having to rush myself.

Overall, I would say that this was, like I said at the beginning of this review, a wonderful experience that will definitely make me want to stay again there.

Rentoutumista ja laatua vaalivalle.
Pros:

Hotellin väri- ja äänimaailma yhdessä valaistuksen ja sisustuksen kanssa loivat harmonisen ja rentouttavan kokonaisuuden. Spa-luokan huoneemme oli ensiluokkainen! Sauna, kylpyamme, kylpytuotteiden tuoksut, surround-äänentoisto, hiljaisuus ja siisteys olivat ensiluokkaista. Aamiainen oli laadukas ja kutsui viipyilemään. Oli mukavaa, kun aamiainen oli tarjolla klo 14 asti.

Huoneesta puuttui toisen kylpytossut.
