An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish
Pros:

An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel has a beautiful ambience elegant yet relaxed which immediately makes you feel at ease.

The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail really elevated the experience.

Dinner was fantastic beautifully presented and full of flavour but the real highlight for me was breakfast. Quite honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. The porridge was outstanding perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and very much look forward to returning.

It was a nice stay, thank you.
Pros:

We were able to check in early, which showed that the hotel took our request into consideration. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Both the restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff were amazing.

Overall, the quality was high, reflected in the room furnishings, the hotel’s overall design, the food, and even the bathroom amenities.

Cons:

Although the quality of the breakfast was good, it became repetitive as the same food was served every day. It would be nice to have more variety. Another point is that on the first morning we had breakfast, possibly due to early preparation, some items were not as fresh as they should have been.

The following days coincided with Easter, and since the hotel also serves guests who are not staying there, it was very crowded and busy.

One final note is that the sauna is open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., which is quite limited. It would be better if it were open for more than four hours and also available during the daytime on weekdays.

Great experience but could have done more for a birthday suprise

Fantastic location, friendly staff, room was great

Cons:

We came for my fiances birthday and I was a little disappointed more couldn't be done by the hotel as a birthday treat/welcome despite my forewarning. A small bowl of crisps and a couple sweets was appreciated but extra effort here would've been fantastic

Pros:

Great location, amazing facilities, had a sauna in our room and defo recommend this. The staff were brilliant and the hotel restaurant served some amazing food!
