Helinki's best, Lapland inspired. Peaceful luxurious retreat in the city centre!
Pros:

Lovely city centre location, superb cleanliness and quiet soundproof rooms.
Bed are comfortable and the room was divine with bath and sauna. We loved the attention to details of the cleaning staff and the kindness of the reception staff. We were early to check in and our room was not ready, yet we got a message very by SMS to say it was ready!

Cons:

Breakfast was really busy and coffee machines wrongly calibrated so the coffee delivered was not nice at all. :( Staff there was amazing though and tried to catch up with things!

I’m very happy I picked this hotel for my Helsinki visit.
Pros:

Great breakfast buffet. Excellent hotel restaurant. Nicely decorated. Excellent location. I had an in-room sauna which was a definite plus.

A little piece of Lapland in Helsinki.
Pros:

Location – a little way off the very centre, but still close by. The hotel's Lappish style. Our room with a terrace and sauna. Staff's kindness, delicious breakfast.

Cons:

All the lights in the room are controlled by the same switch, so it is not possible to switch individual lights on. The common areas: the reception, restaurant and bar are a bit too dark.
