A wonderful experience of Lapland ambience in this cozy hotel
Pros:

Love the lapland ambience . Staff are helpful and we love the breakfast spread. We love the convenience of the private sauna in the room. Love the soft light effect on the walls. Bus stop and tram stops close to the hotel.

Cons:

Some furnishing in the toilet area is a bit dated. Could be improved.

Käyntini ylitti odotukset
Pros:

Aulasta lähtien syntyi laatuvaikutelma. Kauniita yksityiskohtia. Vastaanotossa Karoliina oli iloinen ja hurmaava. Tunsimme olevanme tervetulleita. Yllätysmenu ravintolassa oli maukas ja mieleinen. Hotellihuone aivan ihana! Kauniit sävyt, hyvä vuode ja yllättävän hyvä sauna! Taisin löytää lempihotellini ❤️.

Cons:

Ei ollut mitään mistä en olisi pitänyt. Vain yksi ohikiitävä hetki oli vähemmän miellyttävä saavuimme illalliselle pöytävaraus klo 19.01 ja meidän piti mennä jonon perälle ( emme tienneet käytöntöä, tulimme hotellihuoneesta emmekä kadulta) ja odotimme plaseerausta 5 min seistä pönöttäen.

Pros:

Sänky sekä tyynyt olivat todella hyvät. Huone oli tilava kahdelle sekä varsin siisti. Aamiainen oli kattava eikä heidän puuroa turhaan ole kehuttu.
Autolle sai varattua parkkipaikan hotellin pihaan johon oli myös helppo ajaa ja parkkipaikka oli yllättävän tilava sijainti huomioiden.

Asiakaspalvelu oli ensiluokkaista. Tulimme viettämään vuosipäivää ja meille korotettiin huoneluokka maksutta. Huone oli kaikinpuolinen upea. Erinomainen aamiainen, erityisesti puuro ja poro-omeletti

Wspaniałe śniadania. Piękne wnętrza. Bardzo czysto i komfortowo, bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Cicha i przyjazna okolica. A własna sauna w pokoju to spora przyjemność.

Very nice and quiet but he roof top furniture was terrible and could not be used to relax.
Pros:

The sauna, he shower, the comfort of the bed. The room was light full and very pleasant.

Cons:

The rooftop furniture was horrible and very uncomfortable and could not be sit outside comfortably at all.

Erstklassiges Hotel an bester Lage
Pros:

Wir erhielten bei unserer Ankunft ein Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Sauna. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ein genügend grosser Parkplatz für unser Auto mit Fahrradträger stand uns zur Verfügung.
