Lobby and associated facilities were spacious, clean, and inviting.
Small bathrooms.
Housekeeping did not refresh our room. Front desk offered coupon for restaurant but did not have time to use the coupon while there.
The property was well maintained
The walls are very thin and the parking was scarce.
The location was great to get to places we were seeing, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, etc. Hotel was very clean and had great customer service.
The food of the restaurant. The place is terrible, but the food is healthy. A nice surprise.
The housekeeping is terrible, they don’t even make up the beds. We were 4 and I had to ask every day for an extra set of towels. They don’t clean. I didn’t like the bedsheets: old and smelly.
The room can not be ventilated as the window does not open. The aircon makes a lot of noise. Small bathroom.
Location and parking are excellent.
The property and room were not very clean, especially the floors, both carpeted and bathroom areas. It is a busy property but they need more cleaning done at the end of the day or early in the morning in the common areas so guests don't wake up to the mess. The room had dirt behind doors, on the floor of the closet, in the corners, etc. Carpet was not well vacuumed.
Pauline did an awesome job of helping me navigate my very complex schedule. She made the whole process seamless which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my stay!
Great lobby for family of 10 to gather with big screen tvs to watch the World Cup. Staff was great! Breakfast was good
The room I booked, Mountain View was not available for early check in so we chose to take what was available. We were give a complimentary concierge passes but the “lounge” was small and smelled like cigarettes.

Honestly can not complain at all about this hotel it was so accommodating and family friendly.
Our room was extremely small, housekeeping failed to clean it properly on multiple days, and we had days where they replaced half the towels and never took the dirty towels with them. We had to request coffee and basic supplies every single day, and they were never delivered. My husband eventually had to take items directly from housekeeping carts just to have enough towels and coffee. The bed comforters either had clumpy mildew feathers or mold in them. There was a dog barking all day and most of the night and it was hard to sleep. The room itself was dingy, dirty, and old.
