Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront

Everything was great.

There was an extreme smell in the room, we went and bought 4 plug in air freshners and it did not take the smell away. When i went in the bathroom, there were clumps of hair on shower wall. It was disgusting....

AC in the room and nothing happening entrtainment

Room had terrible smell for entire stay. They had put one of those cardboard tree air fresheners stuck in the ceiling vent but it didn’t help the smell at all. Toilet paper holder fell off wall, housekeeping just left it on the floor. No blanket, only one sheet, I had to ask for a blanket. Only 2 chairs on balcony for 3 people, I asked for one more chair but they said no.

It would have been wonderful to see the Inside bar, restaurant, and breakfast area was open and utilized. Such a missed opportunity.

The bathroom was a little small. no microwave.

The Bedroom windows should be doors were you can open the and sleep to the Sound of the Ocean

Que no me gustó bueno el hotel luce como si fuera un lugar abandonado los pisos de travestino están que necesitan una muy buena limpieza en el elevador no hay aire acondicionado de hecho se trabó el día que me iba una persona quedó trabada porque no hay buen mantenimiento en ese hotel segundo no hay rampa para la playa escalera alguna persona que tenga problema en las piernas va a versela bien fea pero a la playa tercero no hay toallas en la playa o en la piscina te la tiene que dar la del front por tanto y demás yo no sabía que había toallas en la piscina no habían toallas en la piscina otro punto más en la habitación había un mal olor es espantoso tuve que ir y comprar una vela y la de sol porque no aguantaba el mal olor que había en la habitación salía por los conductos del aire ellos me dijeron que eran las cortinas que eran nuevas pero no las cortinas las olé y no tenían peste era por el conducto del aire acondicionado algo más que por qué protesté y me fui antes de que se me cancelara mi último día no existe un aire acondicionado que tú puedas controlar ellos tienen fijo la temperatura de la habitación no baja de 75 grados en un calor tan intenso que hay en Florida la habitación se te pone en 80 grados algo insoportable la noche es de horror no puedes descansar si te soleas en la playa vas a sufrir por otra parte el aire acondicionado ellos le pusieron un sistema de sensor ese sensor si tú no te mueves dentro de la habitación se va a pagar te vas a morir de calor cuando sales a la calle él se apaga cuando regresas la habitación tiene más de 80 grados no puedes abrir la puerta del banco porque te ahogas no te puedes estar ni siquiera abre y cierra abre y cierra abre y cierra porque te ahogas dentro de la habitación no te puedes acostar de día porque es insoportable el calor yo reservé 4 días Y me tuve que ir antes porque ya no aguantaba yo soy una persona mayor yo no soy una niña yo vine a descansar al hotel y fue lo único que no conseguí baja recepción a...

The beach access walkway at night has no lights. The hallways leading to the rooms are very hot and so were the elevators. The balcony only had 2 chairs which was fine but no table. The oceanfront king size deluxe room had no microwave.

In the 90's this was probably top of the line hotel. The bones are there, just needs a COMPLETE REMODEL.

The TV in the bedroom did not work and the internet was out for the tv to work three people tried to make it work but couldn't get it to connect. The curtains gave off a odor that smell liked rotten eggs. They housekeeping come up to put a solution to mask the smell. The elevator and the hallway to the room was like oven and no one seem to acknowledge it until I said something. The cost did not justify for as the amount of business that was there. I was there until Saturday and the most amount of vehicles that was there 10. I one guy at not said that they were remodeling the north side. I usually stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel. As a Florida resident why should I pay resort fee and I have a handicap plate which the other hotel gives me credit for food.

The hotel needs some maintenance. Room had missing receptacle covers.
