After being moved, stay was good
Pros:

Room was clean and breakfast was good

Cons:

Had to move rooms because all bedding including the pillows were wet. Almost like taken straight from washing machine and put on the bed. Young lady working in the evening on Tuesday was very apologetic and moved me to a different room. Actually felt bad for her because she was embarrassed that the house keeping team was at fault. She truly cared.

The hotel lacks cleanliness and needs uplift and update. Holidays Inn needs to keep up with their quality. If I needs to be at cheap hotels I would had gone somewhere else

The room was dirty . Carpet was nasty We booked a king size and they didn’t have one. Also we had to pay again when we got there because booking hadn’t sent payment.
