The hotel itself was a pleasant environment. Rooms are clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff is really supportive and accessible.

We had breakfast at IHOP. It was decent. Location was ok as well.
No microwave in the room. The cabinet looks outdated. Found some hairs in the shower as well.
L'hôtel est très bien placé, proche des chutes et de différents restaurants. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain très propre. Accès à une salle de sport et une piscine vraiment appréciable.
Nous n'avions pas la vue sur les chutes pour un prix relativement élevé en ce début de saison (06/06). La piscine était envahie par un groupe d'enfant, nous n'avons donc pas pu en profiter...

Extremely disappointing experience.
I expected much better from a four-star hotel.
I checked in at 4:00 PM, and the moment I entered the room, I noticed a large glass panel covered in dust and smudges. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. As I looked around, I found dust on the TV stand and other surfaces, making the room feel dirty rather than welcoming.
The bathroom was also missing basic amenities. There was no hand soap, so I called the front desk twice with no answer. On my third attempt, someone answered the phone but never spoke to me. I could hear staff talking in the background before they simply hung up.
I went downstairs to the front desk to request hand soap and explained that I had been trying to call. The only response I received was, “Sorry,” with no explanation or concern.
About 30 minutes later, they brought me a bar of soap and told me the hotel had been out of liquid hand soap for the past two weeks, leaving an empty soap dispenser in the bathroom. I was shocked to hear this. A four-star hotel should never tell guests that it has been unable to provide such a basic amenity for two weeks.
I don’t care whether it’s liquid soap or a bar of soap. What matters is that a hotel should provide the basic toiletries guests expect. There were also no toothbrushes or cotton swabs. To make matters worse, the bathtub was so slippery that my son almost fell.
The lack of cleanliness throughout the room made us feel uncomfortable. We couldn’t relax, and I barely slept that night because everything felt dusty and unclean. We ended up checking out early the next morning because we simply didn’t want to stay another night.
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. A four-star rating should reflect cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to guest comfort. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all three.
Room was very clean, and location is great.
We had IHOP breakfast, it's good, we love everything no complain, the bed is comfy and clean, the staff was exceptional, The staff is amazing, housekeeping second to none, hard working and friendly, reception was helpful too. Give them raise, they deserve 👏 it.
The only thing was the hot tub, pls do something about them, not hot enough, we need it to go on more often, take the timer off.

Falta de transparência sobre o estacionamento, se aproveitaram da nossa ingenuidade e contaram a taxa mais alta que tem 100 dólar por dia um absurdo aconselho verificar isso com calma para não ter esse dissabor na saída como nos tivemos de pagar quase 300 dólares incluindo as taxas…. Um abuso

We really like how.clean the room looked . the furniture / walls was very up to date in style . alot of amenities ( soap towels etc..) enjoyed the b elevator it was quick . cheaper in cost
1107 window screen needs to be fixed. also since far from clifton , weego bus should be half price . pool needs to be heated more
