Surprise-you have to move!
Pros:

I booked 2 fallsview rooms. Upon check in we were told we were moved to a different hotel because theirs were all being renovated!! What??

Pros:

Nice staff, nespresso, overall amenities, location

Cons:

Parking across street was bit confusing, first lot was full and paid $35 but sign in lot said $20, the nice valet staff directed us to second lot around corner.

I had an amazing stay , everything was perfect.
Pros:

I loved every bit of my visit there from the beautiful view to the guy Stefon who checked us in very nice guy to the attractions near the hotel which made everything very convenient. thank you canada for the beautiful visit.

Frustrating
Pros:

Good location and could walk through connecting paths without going outside to find food or entertainment.

Cons:

At 5am I had two men open my hotel room door. Thankfully I had the latch on so they weren’t able to fully enter my room. I informed hotel management and they looked into it but claim there is no findings of entry making me feel like a liar. My children were in the room with me, it was all very unsettling.

Clean and Convenient
Pros:

Clean and well-appointed room. Great for an overnight stay in NF. Hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and just across the street from the casino, just down a short way from the OLG concert venue.

We reserved a king bed with jetted tub. It was a city view room with a large window facing south (not fallsview).

We were tucked in a corner which was nice and quiet, with barely any noise from the hallway. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The tub easily fits two people, but the shower might be a little tight if you're a larger person. The shower and toilet are in a small separate room with a door.

Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly.
