very clean facility with all of the amenities
Pros:

it is a really lovely facility with lots of amenities. I like the fact there were a couple restaurants right there to choose from and having Starbucks close by is always great for me.

The parking situation was not ideal and it was very expensive.

It was the last 2 days of our holidays and we went to enjoy things we wanted to do.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator attendant was helpful when we asked for information, he was very informative. We visited Niagara Falls in 2025 and took in the power station(worth the experience take the guided tour, the first picture is from the section under the power station of Niagara Falls) which was amazing adventure, and returned this past week to visit the Bird Kingdom and the Butterfly Conservatory which both were amazing. We also got to meet up with some friends that we hadn't seen in a while. The trip was great

Cons:

In the hotel room the bathroom needs improvements - The hot water tap for the sink leaked badly enough and in the shower the towel bar was hanging off the wall not attached properly. I think for the price you pay for accommodations these things should have been checked and address before renting it out. When we were leaving we noticed a body being removed from the premises into a hearst, it's not something you see every day and not something that should have maybe been seen. I know that instances do arise but it was a little unsettling to have to witness this incident.
