Not so happy
Pros:

When I booked the hotel on Friday clearly stated that breakfast was included and when next morning the the guest services said breakfast is not included

Relaxing quick get away
Pros:

Location and convenience, the lobby area smells so good I could set there all day

Cons:

I couldn’t get through to room service and had to go down to IHOP and order and pay for breakfast, IHOP would not allow me to order over phone

Pros:

Die Lage, die Aussicht aus dem 18. Stockauf die Nuagara Fälle war ein Traum - wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fallsview gebucht. , die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wenn der Pool renoviert ist, hat das auch wieder Pluspunkte.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist schlecht ubd Abzocke. 35 CAD pro Tag ist viel zu viel und man parkt dafür nicht vor der Tür. Hier sind genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe vom Hotel für weniger Geld. Rate ich jedem zu benutzen.
Die Zimmerreinigung war auch nicht berauschend. Das Bett war zwar gemacht, aber sah nicht schön aus. Im Bad waren die Handtücher getauscht, aber das bad wirkte nucht geoutzt. Leider sehr unbefriedigend.

Leider ist der Pool momentan in der Renovierung, was wiederum von Vorteil für die Zukunft ist. Man konnte den Pool vom Nachbarhotel benutzen, indem man ein Zeitfenster bucht. Hier wäre es schön gewesen dies 24 Stunden vorher zu wissen, da die Kinder sich sehr auf den Pool gefreut haben. Leider konnten sie den Pool dann erst am nächsten Tag nutzen, wo dann auch noch zu viel los war. Das war einfach sehr schade, da wir das Hotel auch wegen dem Pool gebucht haben.

I do not think I will come there ever again.
Pros:

I paid extra for the falls view, but the window was dirty, and no one even bothered to look at it, let alone clean it.

Cons:

The price, the cleanliness, and the grandiose air conditioner that blocked the view were all factors.
