Close proximity to the casino
Everything was good
Great staff, very clean, nice bed and bedding, awesome coffee machine. The guy that checked us in was extremely helpful regarding the parking.
Absolutely hated the large crawl space by the window. Couldnt look down on the street unless we crawled onto it. We paid for a fallsview and could only see a small corner of the Canadian. Mainly because it's winter and no leaves on the trees. The parking prices are outrageous.
We loved the view, right in front of the falls, cozy, a lot of towels lol, and walking distance to many fun places and restaurants.
Netflix was just coming up on tv guess it was set that way but it shouldn’t be, movies were for sales. Nothing interesting to watch for free.

Location was good. Having a walkway to the Casino was a drawing card.
Overall room was clean, large, and extremely comfortable.
Only problem was kids attending some sort of tournament, with their parents, running around the hotel with no regards to the comfort of other guests.
Pictures on the website is very misleading. Exterior pics of building makes feel like a high rise building like the adjoins Hilton and nearby hotels. Building is dwarf by the surrounding hotels.
Pool isn’t as large as the pictures on website.

We really enjoyed our stay.
The additional lobby amenities, including restaurants, cafés, and the arcade, were a big plus.
The location was nice and the facilities were nice.
The fact that parking was $70 dollars is awful.
Location was convenient for going to a concert
The washroom in room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was long hair stuck to shower wall. The staff dismissed complaints because I did not notify them immediately. It was late, post casino and concert.
