Bright lights in parking lot streaming in through window, bathroom door didn't close and had automatic light. Key cards took forever to work. No mini mart inside hotel, and cash only vending machines.

Perfect for a Lafayette visit!
Pros:

We spent some time deliberating whether to go for in town hotel at twice the price or book an out of town hotel with restaurants in close walking distance?
We were extremely pleased we booked this hotel!
The staff went above and beyond to assist us and greeted warmly both on arrival and departure.
The room was huge, clean, bed extremely comfortable and had all the little additions we needed, aircon, tv, coffee, fridge, microwave, toiletries etc.
Free parking and walking to several well known chain restaurants.
Honestly we couldn’t have asked for anymore!
Would stay again.

I was very disappointed and my money should be refunded.
Pros:

The outside of the building.

Cons:

The bathtub stopped up and it took about 24 to 40 minutes for water to drain. The front desk was aware of this problem. They sent someone to try to fix it , but it didn’t help.
There were 3 adults in the room and we couldn’t bathe due to the water buildups.

The towels were so dingy and looked so dirty; I was afraid to wash my face. They need to be thrown away.
The room door doesn’t automatically close; you have to push it shut to make sure it is closed.
Also, the breakfast was not good.
I have a video that I was going to post as my experience, but I thought it would be unfair to post without giving you an opportunity to speak with me and offer a full or partial refund.
This was a bad experience for me, and the first hotel I have ever experienced so many problems.

Not good lighting in the room. No freezer in the refrigerator. Needed medical supplies to stay at a certain temperature. Needed more choices for breakfast items. I could only choose a fresh apple. Algerice to apples. Yogurt was peach and raspberries. Would have rather been plain only orange juice no cranberry. The worker was sure t g at we had a freezer in our room. No other accommodations were made.
