Sheet wasn’t clean, had to get new ones. Ceiling was leaking and got the bed wet had got woken up by it at 4 am and they wouldn’t change the room . Just gave me a bucket and towels for the leak

It was nothing like the pictures. Cigarette burns in the covers. Counter top pulling off. Trim falling off. Bathroom barely clean. I wasn't expecting the Ritz but it should at least look like the pictures.

Roach motel

The building will run down with tear up rooms, broken windows, paint coming off the walls, bad with roaches, light fixer out of the room we had, the lights wouldn't even turn on in our room, the windows had trash bags covering them. We didn't even stay and I'm still waiting for my refund. I even signed a paper saying if I didn't like my room I would get a refund but still waiting on it, the girl who checked us on was very rude, they asked for more money after I had payed online, then they called me two days later asking if I was still checking in if them even after I told them I wanted my money back.

Horrible!

This place was a disgusting roach hotel in disguise!!! Absolutely horrible!
Haf to got buy cleaning supplies to clean the room enough to be half comfortable, NO hot water for 2 days, 2nd day roaches came to visit, they tried everyday in the world to keep our $100 deposit, had to wash all towels and linens before checking out and still take a $25 cleaning fee, and after checkout being at 11am we had to wait till after 3pm to get the deposit back but said it could have taken up to 14 days!
Leaving early wasnt an option because they wouldn't refund and that's money we couldn't afford to loose. Ridiculous!
Our room was cleaner/nicer than we arrived and ready for new tenants except to be vacuumed when we left!
