Memorable, pero no por los motivos correctos
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y tiene buen comercio a los alrededores. Las camas son comodas, aunque algo oscuras y las maquinas de café son utiles, aunque deben ser más estrictos con su aseo.

Cons:

Tuvieron problemas identificando mi reserva de booking y, de manera apresurada, me hicieron pasar mi tarjeta de crédito para "autorizar" mi habiotación, haciendo que se cobrara doble por una habitación que ya había pagado. Me quedé sin cupo en mi tarjeta, tuve que pedir prestado dinero y, a cambio de las molestias, no ofrecieron nada a cambio. Aún tengo un problema con mi banco porque no se ha devuelto el dinero.

good hotel, a little pricy for what you get
Pros:

nice room, bed and pillows comfortable, good sized tv with enough volume, quiet (although occupancy was low) nice luggage carts, good restaurant, easy access from street, night light in bathroom

Cons:

toillet too low to floor, it seems that luxury hotels cannot purchase good quality toilet paper. free wi fi asked for last name and room number to access, however it needed my first name as my last name to work, safe in closet is right down on the floor I have mobililty issues and had to physically sit on the floor to read the lock unlock instructions,

The perfect fit for my family.
Pros:

They care about everything including my pet. They had a service elevator where I was able to use for my dog. I really appreciate that.

Only one elevator was working for the guest.
