The staff was polite and friendly, pool area was nice.

Cons:

The mattress was beyond horrible. It was the most restless and uncomfortable sleep I can remember, 4 nights in a row. I asked at the desk if something could be done, but they said all the mattresses need to be replaced and they’re “working on it”. She also said switching rooms could just possibly get me a worse mattress. There was mildew in the shower, also the ice machine non-functional on first floor. I asked for a partial refund but was ignored.

Check in staff not friendly.
Unable to get a paper receipt upon check out. I have submitted a request via email 5 days ago, but I have not received a response. I sent another request today.

It was okay to average stay

Only I love the food at restaurants Guy at bar he friendly, welcoming. He delightful to have him as server

Just check in today Feb 6 2026. I here for a CE classe with good friend.
This property is older. The lobby is pretty nice but then walking down the hallway toward the elevator is a little dingy old.
With 2 room with only "2 "full bed and couch bed other room.
2 bathroom with balcony. I thought it was 4 beds. I might miss read the description.
Nice view of the inner pool. I choice had no breakfast with my stay. The air conditioner is noisy.
But the restaurant is fantastic food it Worth every penny.
wings, chip and salsa, fish tacos so delicious for hotel. I been to a lot hotel it one best hotel food. We were not expecting much hotel food but this was nice surprise so delicious 😋. evening bar guys were friendly towards us. He was very welcoming. He was delightful.
Check in No waiting time got here @4:30pm / Little bit nervous the property didn't have my reservation from booking. So property had made create a reservation for me stay. Then I have to deal with booking tomorrow take to them to see what Happens with my booking. ( Update on booking I call booking.com seem they handle professional between them and the property..
Front desk seem just there do a job. Nothing special.
We did ask for extra linens that was fine. The room is good space for the 3 of us. The bed are surprise to be soft.
At least hot water is great. The pressure of water low pressure
Only I booked the hotel because of suite for being at only reasonable budget two nights stay while the golf event her phx.
The hotel is close to airport but I am not sure had a airport shuttle. Update they do have a airport shuttle which I don't know if us 24/7.
Overall it good hotel for a night stay short term. nothing special with this hotels but the food is delicious.and the shipwreck cocktail was delicious
