We had a quick 1 night stay we liked the place so much we’re booking it again for our next trip in October

Overall our stay was pleasant
Pros:

The property was nice and everyone was nice. We loved the restaurant and bar.

Cons:

You could hear the people above you walk all day and all night long. Also you can hear the water being ran above you. Pool was dirty.

A Good Place.

I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

WhenI arrived at the Clarion Pointe Hotel it was blazing hot outside. The pool was closed due to shock treatment, but thankfully the staff called maintenance and found out it could be safely opened.
The room was very clean and the mattress felt wonderful. The wall AC was not loud

Could be worse, but failed to meet expectations
Pros:

The location was easy. The front desk was helpful when I checked in. The TV worked. That's about all I can say on the positive side. keeping on...

Cons:

The room I was initially assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk was very apologetic and helpful getting me into an alternate room. The second room had been cleaned, but a residue was on the floor (I suspect the disinfectant solution wasn't fully dry mopped).
The breakfast was also weak. Eggs were not burnt, but they were brown. No whole grain carb options at breakfast at all. The coffee tasted like it had sat on heat for almost three hours before it was transferred to the dispenser.
My particular bed was Ultra Firm to the point of being too hard to sleep on. I resorted to sleeping on top of the comforter, trying to tenuously nap.
